No one came to clean my room. There were fruit flies and wasps there. No air conditioning. And had a rough time accessing the front red door. No breakfast included. Had to order from Uber for everything and one staff helped me when I checked out yesterday. I travelled solo. And wasn’t feeling well. I was told it’s by the river-lo and behold-there wasn’t any view as there were buildings and brick walls up and very busy traffic and fire alarm was going off for 14 hours. I couldn’t sleep because of noise and people partying the first 2 nights until 3 and before I knew it I got 4 hours of sleep maybe. Bed was too firm and pillows were worn out.

Nice and cozy hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very central and within walking distance of many of Dublin’s main attractions.
We stayed on the 6th floor, and our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There were two of us, and we had both a double bed and a single bed. The temperature in the room was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and there was also a fan, which was very helpful. The room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and an iron.
The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely and cozy, with a bathtub. Everything was spotless. I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about the room or the hotel.
The reception staff were extremely friendly, always smiling and happy to help whenever we had a question. I especially want to mention the lovely ladies working in the mornings, as well as the gentleman from Mexico, who was incredibly kind to us. One night, close to midnight, we ordered food from the restaurant downstairs, and he personally brought everything up to our room, including our drinks, napkins, and everything we needed. Such a kind and helpful person!
The location was perfect for our trip. We came to Dublin for the Bon Jovi concert, and Croke Park was only about a 20-minute walk away. Temple Bar, the main shopping streets, sightseeing spots, and many of Dublin’s landmarks are also within easy walking distance.
I was very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Dublin.

Room and the hotel itself was nice enough and very close to the centre, only issue I had was the noise coming out at night from passersby on the street, esp since it was a Sunday evening

We appreciated the water filters to refil our water bottles for free. Great city center location. Charming older building. Our room was spacious. We did not hear any traffic noise being towards the back of the building. The walls are thin and we heard plenty of activity from our neighbors, including creaking beds and slamming doors. They were testing the fire alarms one afternoon, repeatedly, for more than an hour.
