Not clear stated that the room needed to be paid in advance, even though it was stated to be paid upon arrival. Breakfast not incl, also not so clear

Noisy, Noisy, Noisy!! Stay Away!

We booked 2 nights on our anniversary trip. We did not realize that the hotel was completely surrounded by nightclubs! Not just IN the hotel but numerous clubs around it. We should have known better based on the earplugs supplied in the room. I was up from 1:30am to 3:30 am when the clubs closed, WITH earplugs in! The noise was astronomical! THEN it was the drunk people in the alley below that shouted until after 4am. The worst hotel experience! If we knew this we wouldn’t have booked there.

What an absolute dump. The most rude incompetent reception staff I have ever came across

Dreadful room staff very rude particularly lucia who didn't care if I complained

went to the room. It was filty, dingy and basically not fit for purpose. They returned to reception and requested a different room and offered to pay any difference in money. They were told no and if they didn't like the room they could go home without a refund.
They did just that at a loss of €428.
When I heard about this on my return, I phoned the hotel and asked for the manager. A absolutely rude person called Lucia told me no manager available, didn't know when available and said she didn't care about complaints and abruptly hung up. I tried phoning back several times but she kept rejecting my calls. I googled owners contact details but was unsuccessful.

I don’t think enough is made of the fact this hotel is a nightclub. Came as quite the surprise when I came back and it was opening quite how popular it was as a club and how incredibly loud.
The noise you cannot sleep through if you are on that side of the hotel which I was .
The staff didn’t hesitate to move me the next day when asked and the other side of the hotel is still loud but you can sleep through it.
It’s a great hotel and I would reccomend it
For people who are actually going out and coming back late enough it’s not a problem.
Clean hotel and comfy, nice bathroom. Modern rooms.
Definitely avoid for family holidays, better for younger people who can take advantage of the club, I gave it a go but was a little over the age demographic it seemed.
The whole thing amused me quite frankly, the novelty of having your ID checked on the door to go to bed.
Also the funny looks you get walking into what looks like a club with a kfc in hand.
I wouldn’t stay again and I doubt they get much return custom which is ashame
As it’s actually a nice hotel
