We arrived early and needed to be out and about, so staff very kindly allowed us to put our luggage in a safe please, check in online and emailed when the room was ready. We found the room to be spotlessly clean, with tea, coffee, water, biscuits available. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Came to check out and staff booked us a taxi. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Highly recommended

Pros: good location, hotel clean, staff mostly pleasant, decent amenities.
Cons: stayed for an event, arrived early room ready but charged €20 for early check-in, bar poorly staffed only one barman with limited knowledge of the products and badly managed service with people queue jumping - average time to get served over 30mins with only 2 people ahead of me each ordered 3 drinks, room not listed for breakfast even though it was booked, taken to a table that hadn't been set, buffet adequate but have had much better elsewhere.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. We walked to everything in Dublin so it was a little north from most of the things we did, adding to our walking. We had a basement room which is something we'd never seen before, but wasn't a problem. It was a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout. The area with the pullout had no extra lighting so it was rather dark and the bathroom was set up so the ledge to put things was really high making it hard to use. Overall the hotel was fine for our needs, but if we were to do it again, we would have stayed a little closer to the river.

Air conditioning did not go higher than 18 so room was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was a good option and the room size worked well for our larger family. The area is not the most safe to travel around with kids at night. Was at least close to a Do Dublin hop on and hop off bus so would recommend taking that across the river to do most activities.

Very clean hotel and room. The only negative would be there is no parking. It they do give you a discount at a nearby garage
