Perfect to visit DUBLIN

This guesthouse is ideally located and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The welcome is warm and the service is always attentive. Good quality/price rate.

Cozy and functional place

The owner is fantastic, so kind, funny and always available. The room was simple, functional and very clean .
I would chose this place over again if I had to come back here in Dublin

Pleasant stay

Very clean structure and location close to the center, Seamus is a very nice and helpful person, is ready to meet any request with kind sympathy. The prices of the rooms compared to the quality are a bit 'high but still recommend this property. Very positive experience

ideally situated

Went alone for an extended weekend for an event at the Aviva. This place was fantastic location only a short stroll to O'Connell Bridge and the main hub of Dublin, however far enough away to be peaceful and quiet when back at the Guesthouse. Seamus was great he was full of humour and knowledge and was so helpful throughout and seemed interested in you. i travelled alone so room was quite small however had everything i needed including en-suite so perfect for me. i indulged quite a fair bit with the local delicacy but this didn't bother them the slightest.

Excellent for a visit to Dublin

Excellent choice for a visit to Dublin. Good quality/price ratio, clean, courteous and a location that allows you to reach the center and trains on foot in a few minutes. Special note of thanks to the owner who was a precious source of information and who overwhelms with his enthusiasm. Advised
