Great start to the trip

Wonderful way to start off our time in Ireland. The new thermal spa is absolutely worth the money and you should make time for it while you’re there. Rooms were beautiful, clean, and cozy and all the staff we talked with were very helpful and friendly. A bit hard for me to figure out how to “activate” some of the outlets in our room but that’s the American in me. We wanted to spend more time in the hotel than we did outside!

It’s a spa lovers must try.

I stayed across the street at The Alex and spent a couple hours at The Thermal Spa in the Davenport. What an incredible experience. So many choices. Steam room, sauna, huge jacuzzi, pool, and cold plunge. Did them all in rotation which was divine. Claudia, the Bask staff member was a delight and took such good care of me and the space. The space was so clean and tranquil! It’s a must if you enjoy spa time.

Nice, relaxing experience!

Nice experience! Neville was a great host and we enjoyed all of the amenities-Steam room, dry sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and just relaxing in o e if many areas.

Great hotel with super staff

The hotel was really clean and in an ideal location.
The staff, especially Alvor, were friendly and helped us unpack our luggage, even taking the cases up to our room whilst we parked.
I would highly recommend the hotel.
