We had a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The location is fantastic, the setting is beautiful, and everything was very clean.
The only downside was that the apartment became quite hot at night, which made sleeping difficult. We would suggest describing it as "partially air conditioned," as the air conditioning was only in the living area of the apartment. In addition, one of the windows was broken and couldn't be closed, which meant quite a bit of early-morning noise from the seagulls. Neither issue ruined our trip, but together they did affect our comfort at night.
Overall, it's a wonderful place in a great location, and with those few issues addressed, it would be exceptional.

Great spot to stay!
The view alone is worth five stars but the accommodation is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Salthill area is fun with great shops, a famous pub, and excellent food choices.

Top-notch.
The structure, modern and well-kept in detail, is located in a strategic position facing the sea: away from the chaos of the city center, but easily reachable in just 5 minutes by car.
Access is through an automatic gate, which can be opened with a PIN provided by the structure shortly before arrival. Check-in is also completely self-service and is done through a convenient touchscreen kiosk located at the entrance.
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, with quality materials and finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything necessary, including coffee pods, pots, knives, a traditional oven, and a microwave.
There is also a laundry room equipped with a washer-dryer, iron, and ironing board.
One of the two bedrooms has a private bathroom with a modern walk-in shower; the only small downside is that the extractor fan was not working. The second bathroom, located in the hallway, is more spacious and equipped with a bathtub and shower.
The real highlight of the apartment is the large open space area with kitchen and living room, characterized by a beautiful glass wall and comfortable sofas with a magnificent view of the sea.
The structure requires a rather high security deposit, which is fully refunded if the apartment is returned without damage.
Overall, the experience was extremely positive: I highly recommend this establishment and commend the managers for the excellent work done.

The view is the best part of this apartment. It is mostly clean and the location is good.
The air conditioner is only in the living room, so that is misleading from the description. The air conditioner did not work when we arrived. Called after hours service, they said it would be the next morning before someone could come out to look at. No one ever came to look at the unit. I cleaned the filter and got it going again. The washer does not work well. Clothes smell worse after the wash. Could be another maintenance issue being ignored. So good and bad things, guess you just have to decide what is important to you.

Tremendous accommodations.
Great, modern apartment. Exceptionally clean. The common areas were kept very clean as well. Loved having the extra space and modern appliances. We liked the location away from hectic city center. Cab rides into center were not expensive. Just know you probably won’t be able to park on the property as not enough spaces. But plenty of free spaces across the street. “Behind” the property there are several shops and a small Tesco. Larger Tesco located a short drive away. Great, paved walking area along the water.
