First time in Ireland

This hotel was booked for us by Railtours Ireland. The hotel was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Reception staff were very welcoming, and stored our luggage when we needed it.

Nice location

Very nice location, easy walk to the train station as well as walking distance to the pubs and restaurants and activities. Very quick from all the pubs and street noise. Seagulls can be annoying and loud.

Hi Cruiser259027,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed our central location and found it convenient for reaching the train station, pubs, restaurants and the many activities Galway has to offer.
As a city centre hotel, we are right in the heart of the action, which does mean that some city and street noise can occasionally be heard, particularly during busy periods. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the seagulls, which are certainly a familiar part of life in Galway!
We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Galway again soon.
Kind Regards,
Shanon McIlhinney,
