Thank you for taking the time to share your lovely feedback. We are delighted to hear that you had a great time in Galway and enjoyed our convenient location for exploring the city.
We are sorry to hear about the noisy extractor fan, but we are pleased that our team was able to move you to another room and resolve the issue. We will be sure to pass your kind words on to Leticia, who will be delighted to know that her friendly and efficient service made a positive difference to your stay.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Galway again soon!
Kind Regards,
Shanon McIlhinney,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed our central location and found it convenient for reaching the train station, pubs, restaurants and the many activities Galway has to offer.
As a city centre hotel, we are right in the heart of the action, which does mean that some city and street noise can occasionally be heard, particularly during busy periods. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the seagulls, which are certainly a familiar part of life in Galway!
We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Galway again soon.
Kind Regards,
Shanon McIlhinney,
