Maureen - the best host of all!

On our hike on the Kerry Way, we had our second to last stop here. Maureen, the host, had to leave for an urgent matter at the agreed arrival time. However, she had left the key, so we were still able to access our rooms. We then briefly went into the little town. Upon our return, we were greeted with an extremely warm welcome. Thank you, Maureen, for your kindness, openness, and humor!
The room was very spacious, with huge comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, and a wonderful view of the mountains of the Beara Peninsula. The breakfast left nothing to be desired.
Since our last stage threatened to be very strenuous due to the heat, Maureen equipped us in the morning with plenty of water with ice cubes.

A DREAM LOCATION WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE TO LIVE!!!

I stayed two nights - from August 18th to 20th this year - in this charming and suggestive location, located in a natural setting just a few minutes walk from the center of Sneem! It 'a wonderful structure with large and comfortable rooms: bedroom for two people with large and comfortable single beds, all rooms and even the breakfast room are very bright because they are equipped with huge windows that let sunlight penetrate and create an atmosphere of warmth and Welcoming. The owner who runs the b & b is very kind and extremely available for breakfast cooks and prepares delicious omelets, or omelettes or eggs depending on what each of us prefers. There is also a buffet with fresh fruit, fruit salads, yogurt, jams, honey and butter where you can serve according to your tastes and preferences. Impeccable cleaning both inside and outside where there is a magnificent garden planted and flowered and also a large courtyard where you can also park your cars! Of course the Lady speaks and understands only English and Irish! Even if I stayed a few days I immediately felt at home: it was love as soon as I browsed the website and then live I could only confirm and invite you to stay for several days because it is an oasis of true relaxation and quiet! And of course you can take the opportunity to visit Kerry with its beauties that offers the visitor ... wonderful walks and hikes, postcard landscapes and it seems to be the protagonists of a fairy tale ... and instead it is the pure reality!

Great B&B and wonderful host

We had an amazing and wonderful 2 night stay here whilst walking the Kerry Way. Maureen was such a brilliant host, helping us out with our soaking wet gear, providing a brilliant breakfast, just being the perfect host.
The B&B is located a short walk to the pretty little town of Sneem which has a good selection of pubs/ eateries but be careful, booking might be required in some of them.

Very enjoyable family stay

Our family of 4 occupied 2 rooms for 2 nights and we could not have had a more enjoyable experience. Entire home was welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Maureen and her husband are kind, generous people and were very helpful in guiding our driving tour of the area.

A lovely stay

Stayed 2 nights during our walk on the Kerry way, and what a nice and lovely stay we had!
Maureen was a perfect host, full of energy!
She was kind enough to arrange oour 2 dinners in town, and her husband took the time to drive us to the restaurant as the rain (and the wind) was really (and I mean really) heavy that night.
The breakast was somptuous (one of the best omelet I ever had).
We were truly and genuiely welcomed!
Last but not least, the room was large and the ensuite bathroom perfectly adequate.
What else can you ask for?
