A lovely review by a solo traveller

A lovely review from a solo traveller, who spent 3 nights with us and left a written note in the bedroom. We are very thankful for our customers and appreciate the little things.

One night away in West cork

We were staying locally and decided to have our evening meal here. It was very nice and everything was delicious and fresh.plenty food for every course. A nice bottle of red to accompany the meal finished off with coffee. Service with a smile from the lady in charge. We enjoyed it very much.

Tourist trap

Very disappointed in the kitchen. Very poor.
Desserts were either poorly thawed or aged.
The price quality ratio is below average in an atmosphere without any charm.

Restaurant very good but Bungalow accommodation is bad

I give an average Rating to be who tables between food and accommodation: there were 3 of us in one of the Bungalows located in the garden: it was cold and as we were the last bungalow, we had to pass the others: a cruel lack of privacy and comfort. No Wifi. The accommodation is more than spartan even if it was clean.
We had dinner and breakfast but it was very good. On the other hand, the Irish breakfast is very Light compared to others taken in other B&Bs. Moderately friendly service there again compared to other places.

Excellent location
