Five Stars Isn't Enough

My stay at Coil an Rois was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, Jimmy and Noreen made me feel genuinely welcome. They are warm, kind, and attentive hosts who clearly care deeply about their guests. They were incredibly helpful in suggesting ways to spend my day (I had bowed out of a day of hiking), and their recommendations made my trip even more memorable.
The house itself was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, creating a space that felt both relaxing and special. The location is absolutely perfect, close enough to enjoy everything Dingle has to offer while still feeling peaceful and scenic. Even the view from my window felt like something out of a postcard.
And then there were the breakfasts. Jimmy's baked goods and scones were truly second to none, the kind you find yourself thinking about long after you've returned home.
What truly sets Coil an Rois apart, though, is Jimmy and Noreen themselves. They are warm, genuine, and gracious hosts who create an atmosphere that feels welcoming from the first moment. If you're visiting Dingle, I cannot recommend Coil an Rois highly enough. It is a special place run by special people, and I would happily stay there again.

The BEST!!

Jimmy and Noreen are incredible. We stayed here while hiking the Dingle Way. We arrived soaking wet met by Jimmy who provided hot coffee and cookies. He took our wet shoes and clothing and placed them in a location to dry. The room was fabulous as was the breakfast the following morning. Noreen even drove us to the alternate start point because of bad weather the next day. Staying here was truly special!

Great hosts and an amazing breakfast!

Jimmy and Noreen were wonderful hosts and the breakfast was truly memorable—including homemade scones, eggs fresh from the farm and oatmeal with Baileys Irish Cream. Jimmy was generous enough give us cookies for our hike and a copy of his delicious scone recipe. Highly recommend!

Terrific stay!

From the minute we drove up to Coill An Rois we were totally taken care of as guests of Jimmy and Noreen's. Our two night stay was just great! Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast each morning was so good. Porridge with Bailey's was something new to try and we liked it. The fresh scones made by Jimmy were the best we have ever eaten and our eggs were perfect. The place is outside of the town of Dingle, with lovely views and just a short drive into town. We highly recommend staying with Jimmy and Noreen, you will not be disappointed with their home or Irish hospitality. We stayed at 12 B&B's while on a month-long vacation and this stay was high on our list and would return to stay again.

Amazing stay

Jimmy and his wife Noreen were so wonderful! As soon as my mom and I got to their house we were welcomed with tea and scones. The room was bright and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! I can't recommend this place enough.
