An outstanding B&B with very caring owners

Our favorite b&b of 4 visited on our road trip. Mary was so welcoming on our arrival we were amazed. She offered great restaurant recommendations and called a taxi for us to go into town as we wanted to go to a few pubs safely. The room was super clean and very comfortable with fresh air from windows and a skylight in the bathroom. There's a nice lounge on the 2nd floor with sofas and a TV and a small communal fridge. The breakfast room was bright and comfortable and breakfast choices are great and well prepared. Even though requests for your breakfast are recorded the night before, Jes was happy to adjust things for us to our tastes in the morning. You can't do much better than this.

Good accommodation

Very quiet place with a beautiful garden ten minutes from the center. Very nice ground floor room with large bathroom. Clean rooms and choice for breakfast. All the ones we tried left us satisfied. Owner very attentive and precise. Parking is free.

Peaceful last minute stay

Wonderful stay! We booked at the last minute on our way from Waterford. We were given an upgrade at no charge. The rural setting is lovely and peaceful. The room and bed were very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was AWESOME! Jer was an excellent host with lots of good recommendations. It is a few miles from the city center but that's a good thing when you want to relax and have some peacefulness.

Homeless shoelace project says great value

Homeless shoelace project and mr shoelace says great value. Would definitely recommend. Lots o things too do and visit in the area. Pe ar very nice and fr. Very relaxing and very quiet too. Will be making a trip in the very near future. Food is nice and varied

A place for travellers, not for "tourists".

Beautiful experience, which I will keep in my memories forever. It was like going to visit your aunt and uncle. Heated room and bathroom, clean and equipped with amenities that demonstrate the friendliness of the hosts. Very good breakfast. Quiet place, away from the city traffic. Thank you Mary and Ger for the very kind welcome and your care.
PS. Ger, thanks for the nice chat before our departure, I really enjoyed it. I sincerely hope to return to you one day.
