Poo, vomit and room intrusions
Arrived to room and guests from adjoining room were walking in through our connecting door! Not ideal safety with our young baby. Strike one
Housekeeping arrived with our cot and locked the door. Unfortunately the cot was ragged, lot of holes and poo stains. Strike 2
We opened the bathroom, lovely and clean EXCEPT SOMEONE HAD VOMITED IN OUR TOILET BOWL!! Yup... that's strike 3.
Within 5 minutes of checking in I was ready to leave.
I spoke to manager, he apologised and offered us free dinner which we accepted. After that never heard from manager again.
Tbh, dinner was poor. We both gave it 3/10. Place was busy and didn't have enough staff. Ordered steak and spuds with mushrooms and onions.
Got steak and chips with neither mushroom or onion. Finished plates sat in front of us for about 40 minutes. Place was just too busy for the staff.
We must have hit the place at a bad time and got unlucky. But it was so far from a 4 star experience it was funny
Pros - nice friendly reception staff

Room was nice. Air con was nice. Curtains kept sun out.
Cons - kids poo on cot. Adults vomit in our toilet. Windowsill full of bird poo. Room intrusion. Dinner was poor. View of broken windows and run down building outside our window.

Disappointing experience: poor service and long wait times
Unfortunately, our visit to this place was quite disappointing. We decided to try it based on good reviews, but the reality was very different. The main issues were the service and the food.What went wrong:Service issues. The waitstaff was practically invisible. To place an order and simply ask for the bill, we had to walk around the room ourselves to find someone.Very long wait. Every step took far too long. It felt as though our table had been completely forgotten about.Food quality. The long wait was definitely not worth it. The dishes we received tasted like very basic, standard fast food. For a place of this level, you expect much more interesting and higher-quality cuisine.
