Great staff

Accommodation is compact, but spotlessly clean.
Ryan in the pub was so very attentive along with Helena in the bar at night.
Both of them a credit to the mackerel.

Poor food

We had a meal there yesterday. The food was very poor and poor value. Very disappointing as the restuarant was recommended to us. Totally overpriced for very mediocre food. Staff were nice.

Holiday

Had planned to eat here bith nights of our stay, but decided on one night only. I had the cup of chowder, 4 peices of fish. I had beef stew, my husband had fish & chips.

Amazing Chowder

We had the best chowder ever at this pub. The food quality and taste is very good. The ambiance and service also superb. We loved it so much that we drove back twice to eat after our long hikes.

Average.

An original and pleasant setting but the rusticity generates a lot of noise nuisance: very heavy metal chairs that creak on irregular slabs, plates and glasses that slam on the glass trays of the tables! Bright room but the Mood is not comfortable. Efficient Service and good food although the menu lacks originality. The recommendations were better expected: more visual effects than taste.
