Couples weekend break

The location was excellent the room was spotlessly clean and good size. The only downside was the lady at check-in she had a terrible attitude,she never made eye contact gave no information about the hotel or meal times,she just gave us our room number and said the hotel was non smoking which made no difference to us as we're both non smokers.

Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Staff

The staff at Benners Hotel were welcoming, friendly and did their best to make us feel at home, which was definitely the highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself didn’t live up to our expectations. The room felt very dull and outdated and could definitely benefit from some modernisation. It also wasn’t as clean as we would have expected, with housekeeping standards needing improvement.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was extremely poor, the quality was below what we’d expect from a hotel of this reputation, and overall it was a very underwhelming start to the day.
It’s a shame because the excellent staff deserve better facilities to work with. While the customer service was good, the condition of the rooms and the breakfast experience mean we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Hits all the boxes

I stayed overnight July 23rd and the visit was lovely, Natasha on reception couldn't have been more welcoming, A slight hiccup started my visit but nothing serious, more like a hilarious situation, the room was large clean and comfortable, I ate lunch and breakfast in Benners hotel, food is always top quality, Breakfast is buffet not my favourite but it tasty , I stayed in room 302 it was at the front and I knew it was going to be noisy later, the hotel is in the town centre and no-one can change what goes on outside its impossible thank you for a lovely stay,

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff in a very central location.

Lovely rooms which were very clean. Fantastic staff, especially front of house, who couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely bar and restaurant also and location is super.

Nice hotel near the centre of Tralee. Room was good and the staff were very helpful. Parking was about a hundred metres away and was free overnight but pay and display in the day. The only problem i had was from the pub across the road which was very noisy one night.
