Diana Seaport Apartments is in the old center of the city; several good restaurants close by and only 3 blocks from the German Village. Staff were uniformly helpful, friendly, good English. Apartment was small but had plenty of electrical outlets, kitchen, fridge, microwave. Built-in counter/table seated 2 but there were 3 of us, so a bit crowded but manageable.

The receptionist are nice and professional.
The room is clean, but is old and here and there in the room you can see it.
The bed is not good. Blanket, quilt, pillows are supposed to be white, but actually looks old and yellowish, give a feeling of not very clean. No blanket sheets

the problem is that the stuff smoking all the time, even inside the lobby.
and if you order a room - DO NOT order it with breakfast.

Perfectly adequate for our purpose. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the elevator worked. (Our last trip, in the USA, the hotel's single elevator was out of order and we were on the third floor.Not good for an elderly couple.)
I would stay here again.
