The Soul
We stayed at the hotel on 3-4/8/26. This is a small boutique hotel in an excellent location, very close to the market, and there is an arrangement with the parking underneath the hotel (not cheap).
Unfortunately, the hospitality experience was disappointing. We received Room 206, which was small and crowded, but the main problem was the air conditioner, which throughout the night sounded and beep for about 10 minutes at a time, several times, waking us up over and over again.
As early as 7:00 a.m., building noises began near the hotel, and then renovation noises were heard from the hotel itself, so it was impossible to rest. We tried to contact the CEO and left a message for him twice at the reception.
In addition, every time you drop water in the toilet, the water spills out on the toilet and the floor – a bug that shouldn’t be in the dorm room.
It's a shame, because the hotel has potential thanks to the location and breakfast, but the maintenance, noise and behavior in front of the guests greatly affected the hospitality experience.

Not recommended
The room was not clean, hair on the shower floor, dirt and garbage under the bed. The shower with the toilet is in a glass cage in the middle of the room - no noise insulation.
Breakfast was great and the staff service nice.

Lack of cleaning and awful smells.
We drove a couple with a 13-year-old girl, we arrived pretty late in the evening i.e. the hotel had quite enough time to prepare, the room wasn't set to 3 not on the bed level nor on the glass towels level etc. And it could pass under the radar if it weren't the shocking level of cleanliness towels with a terrible smell of spice and saliva, full of dust around the level not cleaned for weeks, and the worst of all, the crew smile doesn't compensate for the processed feeling.

Disappointment at the Jewish Camp.
We can sum up our experience as a big disappointment.
The hotel is inside a construction site, the balcony is full of dust and all the furniture outside is dusted until you can enjoy the experience of a balcony.
In addition, the rooms are small, dark without storage places for clothing.
Unpleasant feeling of tightness
It was a hotel experience.
Except for the good location next to the stunning Yehuda Camp Market, it is a complete disappointment from a network that claims to provide good hotel services.
Certainly we won't go back to this hotel or the network hotels.

Whoa, the shock of the shocking service, me and my partner are supposed to come to host.
We called to book a seat at the spa , there 's an official named Ron with a terrible attitude . I explained to you that we got a gift card of an idea that is straight and valid and said that they don 't get any as a card specification from any company , I explained to her that they appear on the list and she had to explain why not and she just spoke in humility and disconnected my phone in the face , I called to complain no answer from anyone in a few hours .
Hopefully not disappointed in the hotel itself.
