Perfect hotel in central Jerusalem close to everything

A boutique hotel in a hysterical location right in the center of the city
Very clean!
Large room (we also had a large balcony)
Completely noisy!
Comfortable bed, good shower
The reception service is especially excellent!
There is a kitchen corner, a coffee machine, a large closet, a safe - a hotel that meets all the requirements and beyond.
Highly recommended!!

Major hygiene issues, incredibly inconsiderate staff

Location is great. Everything else was terrible. They put me in room 45 which had a serious hygiene and odor issue. The smell was sickening. It did not go away. The next day they put me in room 65 upstairs which is a nice room, but it’s next to their storage and custodial facilities apparently? From 9 PM until 11:30 PM, their staff have been up there moving carts and furniture and brooms and mops and other equipment around from their storage room to this back room, which is right next to my room. Slamming big metal doors moving carts it’s awful. I started complaining at 10:30 PM because I couldn’t believe that they would be doing this for hours outside of my hotel room. And they refused to stop. In fact, even worse, they stopped at 11 o’clock. Said they were done and then came back at 11:30. I have never had this happen. I am livid. This place is disgusting and the people are rude.

Nasty reception. Smelly , unusable pillows and blankets. Ripped towels. Noisy due to construction… not stated. Broken hair dryer.

Everything from checkin to the room itself was horrible. The man at the reception desk was very nasty when we asked for late check out on Shabbos. The blanket and pillows in one of our 2 rooms were unusable, as they smelled like dirty feet. My daughter and son in law had to sleep with jackets on. In our room we had 2 bath towels, one of which had a huge hole in the middle… it was so thin that it didn’t dry my husband. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. We had to have someone come to the room to fix the TV. When we reported these issues to the person on duty at checkout, he said he’d let the manager know. From
Friday afternoon (actually we arrived at 11 on Friday) until Sunday, according to the workers , there was no manager available on the premises.
We will never stay in this hotel again. Worst experience ever.
