Horror
We wanted to cancel the reservation following the war with Iran, but eventually we decided to arrive and it was a mistake. The room was dirty, with signs that looked like moisture on the ceiling or mold, a strong smell of cigarettes, hair in the sink and in the bathroom. When we approached the reception, the answer was underestimated, and we were told that because it was a cheap room, what we were expecting. We ended up leaving the hotel that day despite having paid and having received no compensation or real attempt to find a solution.
There were other rooms available at the hotel and we were not offered to move a room even at an extra price, adding that the low price is not an excuse for dirt, dirt, bad smell and basic uncleaning.

Worst hotel ever
Worst hotel ever. Checked in evening first night of four, fridge did not work, two bedside lights did not work, bed sheets dirty and had human hair under covers. Slept ontop of cover. Advised staff next morning by text who said they would take care of everything. Returned at end of day nothing fixed, same sheets on bed, hair was gone (had a cigarette burn size hole I had observed the night before so clearly same sheets). Asked staff by text (no staff at front desk) what happened and advised by manager they had checked and room was fine and sheets changed. Clearly they were lying as nothing other than bed cover put back on bed. I noted the hole in sheet which manger was surprised by. Refused to offer me another room, would not send staff person to my room to discuss or fix issues. I left hotel found alternative accommodation. They have refused to refund the three nights I could not stay in room. Have never been treated so poorly at a hotel.

Bed sheets had stains and other persons hair in it. Bed side lights and fridge did not work. Staff lied to me when they advised issues were addressed next day (same sheets and lights/fridge still did not work), unable to offer a different room. Expected me to remake my own bed with clean sheets. Asked to meet manager who said they were out of town. Staff refused to refund three of four nights I did not stay. No follow up to my text messages.

This place is abismal. Walls full of mould. Flimsy room door with gaps so all noise from hall whether late at night or 5a comes through. Converted office floor into room. Can’t be called even a hostel, let alone a hotel. The owner/receptionist/cleaner abusive and rude. The sheets blanket and pillow had makeup, hair and other stains. For your health and sanity, keep away
