A really bad Situation, scary and dangerous.
I arrived on the evening of November 29, 2024 to check in. I quickly discovered that there had been a significant fire in the building that is supposed to have the reception/ check in desk. The location was extremely dark and cold as there was no electricity for anything. Frankly, it was quite dangerous to enter as you would risk your safety and potentially your life. There was no sign on the door to explain the situation and no employees could be located anywhere. I was freezing and it was late night, what was I to do? It was Shabbat and it was difficult to locate new accomadations who would even answer the phone. I was able to contact a local friend who was able to rescue me from this scary situation. Because I “failed” to cancel withing 24-48 hours of the trip, Travelocity is telling me that they are unable to help as it was them thru whom I made the reservation and that no exceptions could be made to the policies. Now I have two charges for two Hotels on my credit card, one that I was able to stay at and one that it was not possible to stay at. Apparenty, do not trust Travelocity to have your back and definitely never consider staying at this Hotel.

decent hotel but overpriced for such a basic place

Horrible
Extremely bad. Room looks nothing like photos, it is very dirty and mouldy. First night here the shower drains were completely blocked, and water flooded both the shower room and room. The room is located next to an electric generator making non stop noises like a very loud fridge that is leaking so i cant sleep at all. It is located in third floor with only stairs with no light so i have to use my phone torch when i return to hotel to climb stairs and stair well full of rubbish, horrible smells and dodgy looking people making it feel unsafe
