Perfect for a short stay, not a room for hanging out.
Decent location a block from Jaffa Rd., King George, and Kikar Tzion. Not much around the hotel itself, but not really a problem. Good access via public transit; bus or light rail (Jaffa Rd.) Room was clean and comfortable, the checkin information (door codes and wireless were clear and easy to understand.) Fantastic shower (don't underestimate that when it's north of 90 degrees f / 35 c.
The building is setback from the street without obvious signage. Very easy to walk past. This is another of the emerging staffless, contactless hotels; checkin/checkout on your phone. Probably makes for a cheaper night's stay, but no opportunity to ask a question or get a snack.

Fabulous!
We loved this little hotel in Jerusalem, so much so that we booked it twice on our trip. It is in a great location about 5 mins walk from the main street/tram etc. The hotel does not have a reception. They give you their WhatsApp number then send you a code for the outer door/luggage store and room code when your room is ready. if you need anything just msg and you get a prompt response. There is a lift. There is a place to fill your water in the lobby. And a nice little communal terrace. The room was really comfortable and well equipped tea/coffee/ free bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend Urbanic and will be booking again when we return to Jerusalem

Great place for a night
We came with low expectations, as we only needed a room for one night.
We booked the hotel online and received all the required information by WhatsApp.
As we arrived in the evening, the room was clean and well designed. All the furniture up to date, fine finishes, very contemporary.
The bathroom looks totally new and the shower excellent.
Although the room is small (actually a shelter room) we did not mind.
In the room there is small fridge, water kettle and tv.

Een bijzonder land en een prachtig ervaring
Het hotel is goed voor mensen die alleen reizen of als stel. Deze ligt in een rustige straat. Mijn kamer was schoon en wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. De receptie is goed op de hoogte van het OV, bezienswaardigheden tec. Op al mijn vragen kreeg ik antwoord. Op loopafstand heb je winkels waar je heerlijk kan slenteren, eten en drinken. Tevens ligt het oude centrum 20 minuten van het hotel. Tip, koop van te voren een Rav Kav kaart voor het openbaar vervoer. Deze moet je nog wel opladen met geld. Israël heeft een goed treinsysteem. En ik heb gereisd van Jeruzalem naar Tel Aviv met de trien.

Consigliatissimo.
Onestamente l'ingresso resta decisamente nascosto rispetto alla strada e non ci sono cartelli che aiutino... Ad ogni modo, l'hotel è nuovo. Non c'è reception, ma non importa. Niente colazione, ma le camere hanno un piccolo frigorifero. Pulizia OK. Arredamento moderno, bagno spazioso. Posizione discreta e tranquilla. Mi sento vivamente di consigliarlo, soprattutto lette le recensioni medie degli alberghi di Gerusalemme!
