Very good location, but...
... the nextdoor construction site is quite disturbing.
Tip: ask explicitely for rooms facing the other site!
Otherwise it is a very good location - close to the beach (with lifeguard and showers), a short walk from the Beach Elevator and the Independence Square -
plus the hotel offers some free parking space.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Our apartment was spacious, the TV was small, the kitchen had a microwave and besides two cups with saucers and plastic spoons for a welcome instant coffee no dishes and no cutlery... so much cupboard space and all of it completely empty!
The breakfast was very good and overall we enjoyed our short stay.
Tip: ask explicitely for rooms facing the other site!

Very Comfortable
good location, excellent accommodation - we were given an upgrade to an apartment which included all facilities and separate bedroom with large balcony overlooking the beach, good breakfast was included in the price

Bare-bones hotel
When we first arrived we thought the hotel was lovely. Lobby is clean and attractive, staff is lovely. The breakfasts are not expensive and nice. Not luxurious, but tasty and quite sufficient to start the day without much waste. Also the location to the beach and local Netayna is terrific.
However the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Rooms are shabby, not repainted after air conditioner units were moved, walls are marked and filthy(see attached). Floors are equally dirty and no cleaning under the elevated bed has ever been done. Towels are clean but tissue paper thin. WiFi mostly worked, but would suddenly cut out and the last night didn't have internet connection. You cannot adjust the air conditioner temperature, only the fan speed. Toilet seats are somewhat broken. And the rooms are noisy. You can hear people coming in and out in the floors above, scraping chairs, etc. The building is very old and no soundproofing was done (perhaps it wasn't possible), which is probably why the noise is the way it is. This hotel is OK for a couple of nights, but after 5 nights there we had enough.

shabby, not friendly, not like the pictures!
Don't know where all these bad reviews were when I was booking, it would've saved me a bad 4 days on vacation with the kids and in-laws. I really don't get how this hotel (which is actually mostly an apartment building now) still seems so highly rated, overall.
The property: seems as though it was once nice but has fallen on hard times.
Staff: not rude, but not very helpful or friendly. We felt we were bothering them every time we had a question.
The Room (top floor, ocean view suite): nice in the loft bedroom and bath but quite shabby, unclean, and with worn out furniture on the main level.
The linens: grayish and rough, some with fraying and tears
The view: should have been great but was marred by filthy windows and a large construction project going on next door (that part is not the fault of the hotel but should have been disclosed).
The glass elevator: should've been great but the windows were filthy, there is garbage in the shaft, and the rooftops of neighboring buildings are ugly, also, it does not face the ocean.
The only positives I can give about the place are - nice lobby, good breakfast, and great location. It would probably be adequate for younger people used to staying in hostels and ultra budget digs, but not at these prices.

Beautiful rooms with amazing Views
The Hotel is at Prime Location exactly at the heart of the city Netanya. Beautiful rooms with wonderful selection of amenities. the staff is so Polite and always cheerful every time you see them they will bring smile to your face. Specially the beautiful lady Asia special thanks to her. breakfast is good.
