I had a great time at kings rooftop suites. Best area of Tel Aviv hands down with short walk to the beaches. Overlooking a gorgeous neighborhood dog park with walking trails. Rooms were super clean and comfortable, recently remodeled and very modern. Bed was second to none, slept like a baby. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance plus amazing nightlife just steps away. Hosts are super attentive, helpful and accommodating and graciously helped me carry my bags up the stairs, leave them in aa safe shared space until check in time and they even allowed me to check out late. Rooftop area is very relaxing and completely underrated. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m visiting Tel Aviv.

What other travellers should know is these are rooms on the top floor of an old building with no lift. It's a lot of stairs to climb with luggage which might be a problem for some. Customer service is provided via WhatsApp as there is no-one actually present on the property,. The rooms are fairly basic.
For a younger person looking for reasonable budget accommodation it would be fine; for an older traveller used to hotels and hoping for a comfortable apartment style accommodation in the city centre it might not be so suitable.

The room was in good condition. The host was checking on us regularly. The Ok is for failing to mention that the entire street is under construction due to the subway digging. They were working every other night at 1 am till 3 am. Very noisy, impossible to have a good night rest. If we knew, we'd found abother location. Dog park is awesome, but again, right under the windows. Night time and really early morning barks contributed to the lack of sleep. Soundproof windows are recommended. Full disclosure is recommended.

I had a beautiful, wonderful room - very secure with pass codes at every entry. The room is very nice, love the accents. Just as nice looking online as in person. Jordan is a great help, over the top nice and helpful lady. If Jordan hadn't helped me, I'd had had issues. Amenities such as an in-room coffee pot. I really enjoyed my stay. But, some things could be done. The wifi is constantly dropping. The rooftop really needs cleaning and attention. Garbage and dead trees, it could look a lot nicer. There's no sign on the front of the building, I had to stop people going by to help me locate the building. It took me almost an hour to find parking after coming of a vey long plane ride, including 15 hours in layovers, and then the parking is two blocks away and it's expensive, $85 shekels. I don’t think if you're paying for a stay, you should be gouged for parking. There should be an agreement with parking for paying hotel guests. Otherwise, I highly recommend, and I highly recommend Israel!! The Mediterranean is so close off Old Jaffa, I went swimming there after my sightseeing in Old Jaffa today. The driving in Israel is basically crazy, the parking is compact with mopeds, bikes, 2 wheel contraptions everywhere dodging in and out of traffic, laying on the horn constantly. Speeding always. Beep beep beep beep - its all the time. Anyway, its beautiful. I recommend !!
