Hotel for those who know how to appreciate special

In the heart of Tel Aviv's Florentine lurks Hotel Mulan - small, chambered, with soul.
Everything here is lovingly selected: colors, details, atmosphere. Perfectly made beds with comfortable mattresses, fresh towels, and even a razor with cream are all waiting for you.
The staff are so friendly, you feel like you're visiting friends, not a hotel.
And breakfast? The cafe next door is so full and delicious, you don't even remember the food until dinner. And the coffee in the lobby of the hotel itself is magical ☕
Sometimes the best finds are just around the corner.

The hotel has a great location, walking distance to HaHaganah train station and the sea front. And five-minute walk to Levinsky pedestrian street with wonderful bars, restaurants and cafes.

Very disappointing experience – not recommended!

We booked a hotel room through a host on Airbnb, and we received an official booking confirmation. On the morning of arrival we were asked to send an ID and email address by the hotel, and we also sent additional messages on WhatsApp to update the exact arrival time.
Unfortunately, when the husband arrived at the hotel – the night before an important contest – he was told that there was no reservation on our name, and no room available.
Only after an hour of confusion and uncertainty, and only thanks to the receptionist, a replacement room was found in another hotel, about 25 minutes away.
If that wasn’t enough, the next morning a reminder was sent about the check-out time, as if everything was fine – even though my husband didn’t sleep at the hotel at all.
A disappointing, exhausting and frustrating experience – one that simply shouldn’t happen, not when it comes to a place that presents itself as a professional.
