Best stay
The best hotel in Tel Aviv and by far - the hotel Itself is chique, elegant and simply wonderful. However the wealth of this hotel is its staff which is the best I have ever encountered. When you go back to the Kempinski Tel Aviv , they give you the feeling that you’ve come back home .

Worst stay
Our stay was unfortunately far from pleasant, to the point that we decided to shorten our stay because the overall experience was so disappointing.
The overall level of service was well below what we expected from a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star property.
The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned. We found fingerprints from previous guests on the windows and shower doors, which is simply unacceptable for this level of hotel.
The pool experience was also disappointing. The service was very slow, and the loud, blasting music made it difficult to relax and enjoy the pool area.
At the Cloud restaurant, we were asked to wear a plastic wristband just to enter, which felt more like being at a water park than at a luxury 5-star hotel.
Overall, the property feels very run down and is clearly not what it used to be. The prices are extremely high and do not match the quality or level of service provided. In our opinion, this hotel is charging 5-star prices while delivering closer to a 3-star experience.
We came expecting a luxury experience and were so disappointed that we ultimately had to cut our stay short. Unfortunately, this is not a hotel we would return to or recommend.

ZERO HOSPITALITY AND RESPECT FOR Family Members.
ZERO HOSPITALITY AND RESPECT FOR Family Members. I arrived with my Brother, and small child as a guest and was charged over $1200 for use of the pool for 3 hours. Stay anywher else. Do not patronize this MONEY PIT!

Because your brother had already checked out, he was no longer considered an active guest at the time of your visit. Amazing hotel
We stayed at the Kempinski for a week and had a wonderful experience. The outstanding facilities, exceptional breakfast, and perfect location made our stay truly memorable. A very special thank you to Eva (front desk manager) and Maxime (at the pool), for going above and beyond to make our stay so special. We can ’t wait to come back!
