SCAMMED! Paid and never used the stay: stay away from it!
My experience with the 4Spa Resort Hotel was a total scam. I booked and duly paid through Booking for a package that included an overnight stay and a spa circuit. A few days before the stay, I was contacted by the property, which informed me of the spa's closure for renovations, assuring me that they would contact me themselves to reschedule everything. Not only did I never receive their call, but when I tried to contact them myself to resolve the situation, the assistance was shameful. First, they made the excuse that "too much time had passed," and then they even denied ever having received the payment. I have already verified the incident with Booking's support, which officially confirmed to me that the amount was duly collected by the hotel. The property, therefore, denies the evidence, keeps my money, and does not allow me to use the service. Dishonest, unprofessional, and totally unfair behavior. I literally feel scammed. I advise anyone against this property.

I felt good
Excellent stay, well-maintained and spacious facility. I recently stayed in this establishment, and the overall experience was decidedly positive. Below are the details of my experience. Strengths: Impeccable cleanliness: Neat and sanitized environments with the utmost care in every area. Huge rooms: Really spacious, airy areas arranged optimally. Comfortable bathrooms. Generous surface area that guarantees maximum comfort. Super breakfast: Varied buffet, rich in fresh, high-quality products. Commendable staff: Polite, attentive, efficient personnel who are always available. The only downside: Some small details and comforts are missing in the room and bathroom that one would expect in a 4-star hotel. Wellness: I did not use the SPA services during my stay. Price: I cannot assess the value for money since my room was paid for by others. Overall, it is an excellent establishment that I highly recommend and would gladly return to.

Beautiful location
Convenient hotel for visiting Catania, located on the coast, it has very spacious and comfortable rooms, and the breakfast is good. It has a large parking lot, there is also a nice outdoor pool, and I know there was also an indoor one, but I didn't see it. Some rooms have a view of the sea and others have a view of Mount Etna. Hotel to recommend

A hoax. Never come back...!!!
They are sold as a Spa Resort hotel but that is what the name only means. The resort thing has a lot left. Hotel, Spa and pool are next to each other but nothing to do with each other. The Spa and indoor pool is public throughout Catania. For an hour session at the Spa we were asked for the modest price of 70 euros per person and the same in the pool that has nothing to do with the Spa or the hotel. He says he's got a Ristorante Pizzeria but it's closed. And as if that weren't enough he says that in the surroundings there are 11 restaurants, but they must be very well hidden because we haven't seen one... to go to eat you had to always take the car with the usual chaotic traffic of Catania...minimum 30-40 minutes drive... it's rest very friendly cafeteria staff (not all) and the same the cleaning staff.... That said... all a deception to attract customers... and never to return...

All fitness services are subject to availability and reservation. The sports centre will be closed on Saturday afternoons, all day Sundays, public holidays and in August.
