That's great.

Hello my name is Pietro, with my wife we are delighted to have spent a beautiful stay in your structure. It was particularly gratifying to know that the room, the cleanliness as well as the welcome was to our liking. Very important was the thoughtfulness and concern of the Lady to always be in WhatsApp contact with guests in order to deal with any accommodation problem... Congratulations again for your arrival and departure schedule of guests... We had a good time, the quiet area, ample car parking, we think to return... Thank you thank you thank you.....

Ciuri Ciuri truly adorable structure in the historic center

We were happy, not only for the kindness of the lady who welcomed us, but also for the quietness of the structure, colourful, very clean and welcoming environments. In the room we found a coffee machine, fridge and a mini welcome breakfast available even if the plan did not include it. Excellent automatic check-in service. On foot you can immediately reach the historic center

Excellent and comfortable location

Comfortable and welcoming location located in the center, easy to reach and low costs. We were there for reasons of necessity and we spent a night of absolute relaxation. Very kind and helpful owner, we had a great time.

AWFUL, not recommended!!!

First of all, as soon as we arrived, we found the sheets dirty and the towels not white at all, it was obvious that they were worn! We contacted the lady who changed everything, but obviously she had to do it before our arrival! Afterwards we used the shower and to our surprise we found no hot water. Luckily the other room was occupied by friends of ours who let us shower in their bathroom. We notified the owner and she replied that the water heater was on and that the problem of the lack of hot water could be caused by the wind!!! I missed this...
To conclude, all the furniture full of dust and the floor very dirty!
Terrible, we will never return!!!!

Ospiti così maleducati sono delle vere e proprie rarità! Sin dal loro arrivo hanno creato problemi, appigliandosi alla qualsiasi cosa, anche all'inesistente. Le spugne erano pulite e anche le lenzuola. E poi, cosa significa "usurate"? Le spugne erano perfette in tutto. Forse desideravano che il gestore acquistasse dei set per loro che hanno anche preteso super sconti? Nelle camere era tutto in ordine. Una doccia durata tre ore, perché nelle loro case non si lavano e attendono di lavarsi "per bene" nelle case altrui, e poi l'acqua si è raffreddata. Non hanno atteso che si riscaldasse, così come consigliato, ma hanno avuto la premura, il giorno dopo, dopo aver fatto simpatiche moine, di registrarsi su TripAdvisor, senza neppure avere effettuato lì la prenotazione, e recensire. Mi chiedo perché non rimanete nelle vostre case piuttosto che rendere la vita difficile agli altri? Lavorare con gente simile non è auspicabile per nessuno. Non si comprende quale sia lo scopo di certa gente. Forse visita appositamente le strutture per creare un danno di immagine magari sotto compenso di qualcuno?

Mai esperienza peggiore! so bad!

The problem of ciuri ciuri beb are various. First of all he hasn't any air conditioned and with the heat of sicily, this is really a bad thing. The owner says she has but the reality is that she only has a cooling fan. The second big problem is that the rooms are on a mezzanine and for a person of 190 height it is very inconvenient. Warm, no air conditioning and low ceiling make the room a sauna. we payed and after half an hour we went away to another place. As she discovered we left the owner sended to us some unpleasant messages. She wrote "you went away like illegal persons" but we payed the room, and then we decided to go away. Should we feel obliged to stay there in an unconfortable place? She said there's a garden that hosts can use but ones there she said the garden was not allowed
