Success
We spent 9 nights in absolutely bliss (no I am not overstating). We have been to 100s of hotels throughout the world, and this one just felt right (tried a booking for December, but wait listed, could not wait and went to Portugal), but I knew I had to book this hotel, and did so, and boy was I glad.
We arrive very late, we had made arrangements for a cold plate to placed in our room, but they kept the kitchen open so we could enjoy, Luca thank you, and Valaria, our first night in the restaurant would not disappoint for the rest of our stay.
The room was a exactly as pictured, warm, modern yet cozy. We loved the bedding, mattress, towels (pillows were handled well later). The products were also great. The room was spotless and the service staff made sure we had two waters daily as well taking care.
The spas are separated into two areas: Water and Massage. The 33 degree indoor outdoor pool is lovely with great views, also spa areas that a press of a button provide some great relief (especially the standing ones).
The Massage rooms are in the same character as the rest of the hotel. The therapists are top drawer and the options can adapt to almost every need. I did have a small hiccup with Nicola (we just did not gel, not his fault), and then the music kept coming in and out and was totally annoying, having to ask to turn it off was odd, as he should have sensed it was not working. The other treatments were absolutely perfect, as were the Finnish, Bio and Steam saunas, great that they are separated and in nature.
We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners. Breakfast, the buffet is amazing and has just about everything one would need. Freshly made eggs are available and Daniele did a great job. We had a small request, Sheep Yogurt (was served at the buffet on the first day), they always found some for us.
Dinners were varied and we never felt limited to a selected few choices. The food was amazing and well presented. The staff at breakfast and dinner (while usually the same) need to be commended, especially: Emanuel, Daniel, Rosario (2), Gianvito, Gabriel and all the others.
Other staff compliments: Silvia, Vivian, Maria Chiara and Dario.
If this is too long, it just shows how much we enjoyed, it was a privilege to be able to stay here. We were rejuvenated and relaxed, which is sometimes rare on vacation. So Adler did succeed.

Adler Sicily... home sweet home!
The Adler Spa Resort Sicily is a luxurious 5-star resort located in Siculiana, a short distance from the prestigious Torre Salsa Nature Reserve. I return to Adler Sicily for long stays because I always feel at home here. In every corner, I find a family atmosphere, human warmth, and a welcome that makes you feel part of a big family. A special thanks to the outstanding bar team: Vivian, Alessandro, Vincenzo, Michele, Silvia, and Luisa. It is also thanks to people like them that every stay becomes special. A sincere note of merit this year goes to the entire kitchen brigade, which is the true beating heart of the Resort. Professionalism, passion, and attention to detail are evident in every dish, prepared with quality ingredients and great care. All of this is skillfully orchestrated by the excellent Executive Chef Giuseppe Schimmenti. A special commendation to Sous Chef Rosario for accompanying us during our vacation with courtesy and constant attention to our needs. Thanks to Director Sami and the entire team from the various departments of Adler Sicily for making this experience "unforgettable."

Perfect relaxing resort on the southern Sicilian coast
This is my first visit to an Adler resort and I will certainly visit others. The location is beautiful - part of a coastal reserve above a great beach. The resort is spread across very attractive grounds from which the views are wonderful. You can walk the hill to the beach and beach facilities or ride a cart. There are several infinity pools - an indoor/outdoor warm pool, an Olympic moderately heated pool, an unseated pool, and a heated Thalasso pool. The spa facilities are extensive, including saunas and a steam room. The breakfasts are excellent and the half board is well worth it as the evening meals are a combination of à la carte and extensive salad/bread/cheese and dessert stations. There are a lot of available activities should one be so inclined, but doing nothing is great as well. All teh staff are very welcoming and helpful. A great break from the busy tourist cities and sites in Sicily.

The suites are very spacious, clean and thoughtful. I liked to use the espresso machine in the room. Nothing better than an espresso in the morning in the room!
The food was excellent! Tasty and varied. Also suitable for vegetarians! Wine selection leaves nothing to be desired!
Especially nice: always gives live music. Like Bossa Nova for sunset and at the bar. Alessandro was the musician's name, I think. Perfect evening! Great music, very great sung!
SPA area is top! Spacious and with plenty of relaxation options.
The pools are really great, differently tempered and generous. Tip: the Thalasso Infinity Pool for sunset!
From the hotel you can make very good trips to the main sights in the west. Scala dei Turchi and Valley of the Temples can be reached in half an hour.
