Stars in Cresto

This place is just great I stayed here with my daughter four nights I had great breakfasts I slept very well a magical location we even saw the shooting stars thanks guys even the extra services were appreciated the super decent spa we also did an hour of Pilates appreciated the thing that pleased me most were the tastings of bitters of the Valley! I hope to return. The only flaw on that pole I would put a bull flag and an Inter flag flying in that valley of regular people

Absolute gem in the Piedmont mountains

La Crestolina is the quintessential, throwback Italian mountain B&B. Family run, led by the exceptional Umberto (who’s easy hospitality was the highlight of our stay), the villa was a beautiful sanctuary for our relaxation filled long weekend of winter walks and local dining over New Year. As with his hosting, Umberto’s attention to detail is also evident throughout the newly restored 1920’s style villa, all with exquisitely maintained original features and revived decor.
Similar to the tradition of mountain living and also with the latest progressive thinking, the B&B exudes the culture of responsible living, with local produce and environment friendly soap, even the sauna and hot tub are heated from wood-burning stoves using local wood.
From the villa, we had a healthy variety of self-guided walks (even in winter), either directly from the villa or from Balme (15min drive) up into the snowy mountains.
Can only highly recommend this place!

Beauty-struck!!

An amazing breathtaking view from the suite-room and a hot-water bathe at the hotel made us sit back and enjoy the family time. Watching the rains and snow from the window along with a cup of hot coffee and biscuits made us feel at home. The hospitality by the host and his family was an add-on. Ala di Stura - Mountains of Heaven!! Do visit when you get a chance to fly to Italy as its absolutely worth spending your time at such a beauty of mother "Nature"!!

Un posto veramente incantevole sia come edifico sia come arredamento! Umberto è un perfetto padrone di casa accogliente, gentile e si prodiga per consigliare itinerari, posti dove mangiare o dove comprare prodotti del posto. Ottima anche la colazione con prodotti locali buonissimi come il pane integrale con uvetta e cannella, il miele di castagno, lo yogurt, le torte fatte in casa... Che dire, veramente tutto fantastico! Bravi!

Siamo stati in questa struttura a fine pttobre per 3 notti.
I proprietari sono molto gentili e si prendono cura del cliente con attenzione e professionalità .
Ambiente in stile bavarese molto bello.
Camera pulita e gradevole.
Colazione eccellente con dolci fatti in casa e utilizzo di prodotti del territorio proveniente anche da agricoltura biologica.
Buonissimo l' uovo strapazzato con la toma di Lanzo.
