Needs renovation

Excellent location, in front of the beach. The property is a bit old; some rooms (like the one we were assigned at over 300 a night) are truly old and dilapidated

TOP LOCATION - SUPER TERRACE

High-level hotel, wonderful terrace, perfect location for relaxation, beachfront.
Very kind and professional staff.
If we want to find some small flaws, slight odor in the room when the windows are closed, rooms to be renovated and made more modern. Basic breakfast, while dinner is high level.
Aside from these small pointers, absolutely valid!

So-so

The Hotel Diana is located at the entrance to Alassio coming from Albenga, it is about 2km from the center, the hotel has been partially renovated, nice reception, young staff, not very well trained but kind. The hotel has old-style and renovated rooms, we had a renovated room on the 1st floor, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, good bed, good pillows, excellent minibar, small windowless bathroom with difficulty eliminating the condensation that forms in the shower, small closets. Let's move on to the hotel's beach club, price 50 euros for 1 umbrella and two sunbeds, the sunbeds and umbrellas are right next to each other, they only have 4 rows and they don't sell the ones in the first row, they leave them free without giving explanations, beach absolutely rejected, beach restaurant nice, dishes average but very expensive, a pasta with pesto first course 24 euros, a dish with 40g of octopus, potatoes, and olives 26 euros, young staff, they messed up the orders, furthermore they brought a pasta with tomato and cheese with acidic tomato without salt, the dining room manager went to taste it and came back saying that the dish was prepared well and that we didn't understand the dish, in short, restaurant rejected

Stunning location, good food but poor service that does not meet expectations, and very long wait times for each dish; it’s a shame because it could be a high-traffic venue, but too many things do not work.
