Alma is a true gem.

Alma is a true gem worth all its high ratings. The bedrooms and shared living room are beautifully and tastefully decorated with a mix of luxury and cozy home feeling, also with super comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. There is a balcony overlooking the main street, which was a great spot to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.
The bathrooms are spacious, with lovely amenities and wonderfully scented towels. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Having breakfast prepared and served by Carlo and Silvia is an experience in itself and comes with the highest quality in every delicious flavor. We enjoyed local products, both sweet and salt, Silvia’s fantastic homemade cakes and Carlos equally fantastic focaccia.
Carlo was a perfect host and incredibly helpful with recommendations and reservations at lovely restaurants and wineries. Thanks to him we discovered places we would never have found on our own which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We are definitely coming back to Alma!

I’ll be back and I was!

Having enjoyed our stay at the Alma apartment so much, we returned to stay in the main house.
Everything was even better than our first visit. The room, common areas and hospitality are outstanding. Carlo and Silvia have an impeccable talent for design and for delivering 5 star hospitality.
Location is perfect for discovering Alba and is walking distance to the station.

Perfect Stay in Alba!

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a perfect location. Beautiful design and very comfortable. Carlo and Silvia are perfect hosts and go above and beyond. Breakfast is better than 5 stars! Housekeeping is excellent. Overall an incredible experience. Very highly recommend.

Nice surprise

We stayed two nights in this B&B, which is in a great location, in the center of Alba.
The rooms and common areas are large, very cozy and spotless.
The breakfast is rich, well-kept, with both sweet and savory products, fresh fruit and special local hazelnuts, not to mention the delicious homemade cakes by Carlo's wife.
The plus of this structure is Carlo: very kind and helpful, provided us with useful information on restaurants, wineries and villages to visit. It put us at ease, you can feel that there is so much attention and love for this work.

Wonderful stay at ALMA B&B

We loved our stay at ALMA bed & breakfast in Alba! Perfect location in the historic center with beautiful views and easy walking to everything. Carlo, the proprietor, is incredibly welcoming and helpful, and even picked us up at the train station upon our arrival. This B&B was Carlo's family home at one time and is just lovely. The room we stayed in was tasteful, spotless, and very comfortable. The livingroom and dining area were very nice and a great place to hang out. Carlo made us a fabulous breakfast in the morning which was delicious with great local touches.
We were well taken care of during our stay and we highly recommend ALMA – 5 stars! Thank you, Carlo!
