A nice place to spend a few days

Excellent hotel right in the center, convenient for easily reaching all the main attractions. The staff is truly friendly, helpful, and attentive to the needs of the guests. The cuisine is also excellent: quality food and very tasty.
Only small drawback: the air conditioning in the room was a little noisy during the night.
Overall, however, a very pleasant stay and a property that I gladly recommend!

A 10 out of 10 stay!

A truly very positive experience at the Arboris Belli Hotel. The property is modern, well-maintained, and immediately conveys the idea of a young and constantly growing hotel. Some services are still under construction, such as the SPA, a sign of an evolving property that aims to offer an increasingly complete experience to its guests. A special mention goes to the guys at the reception, who really made the difference during the stay. I found very kind, professional people who were attentive to the guests' needs. I stayed in a Superior room, which was modern, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool area was also very pleasant, where the guy who took care of it was equally kind and helpful. We also enjoyed an excellent aperitif by the pool. The breakfast is also excellent, rich, varied, and high-quality, with several sweet and savory alternatives and a good selection to start the day off right.
The location is another great strength: the hotel is located a few steps from the center of Alberobello and allows you to easily reach the trulli area and the main attractions on foot, without having to use the car.
Overall it was a beautiful experience that I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Alberobello!!

Beautiful hotel, amazing location

We stayed here for 4 nights with our two teenagers. The hotel is beautiful, great location, very short walk to the heart of Alberobello. The rooms were lovely and spotless. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was gorgeous with a great selection, home made, changed every day. The pool was perfect and really well maintained. A particular mention to the lifeguard, unfortunately I didnt get his name but he was great and helped our son improve his swimming! Highly recommend this hotel, thank you for a wonderful holiday ❤️

Staff unprofessional, check in was terrible, hold me one hour to tell me to come back in 2 hours while the room was ready. Once in the room, number 8, was no light for some problem with the internal switch, I had all night that problem. Check out also, receptionist coming and going in a non sense waiting. My worst experience ever.

Nice hotel near the center

Nice hotel, well located, just 5 minutes from the trulli. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is decent but nothing exceptional. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The pool is pretty but located below ground level, so you don't have full sun exposure. The pool deck is small and there is a shortage of lounge chairs. I recommend it if you are spending a few days in Alberobello.
