Very well maintained hotel and exceptional breakfast

Very clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bedding, parking on site. Anna spoiled us at breakfast by going out of our way to offer us a choice of breads, brioches, cheeses, cold cuts, jams, Sardinian specialities, etc. and offering us daily to cook ourselves an omelet.

Terrible experience

The hotel lacks a reception, and this in itself would not be a problem if the system were truly efficient.
The area has almost no mobile network coverage, so upon arrival it is very likely that your cell phone will not have an Internet connection. The problem is that both the entrance door and the room door open via a system that requires a Wi-Fi connection.
It is a shame that, during my stay, the Wi-Fi was not working. The result? Guests locked out of the building, phone calls to support even in the middle of the night, and long waits outside, when after a trip you just want to go in and take a shower.
A system without a reception can work, but only if the technological solutions are reliable. In this case, unfortunately, they were not.
Due to this service failure, since I urgently needed the Internet, I had to leave the property one day early, losing one night and one breakfast.
Obviously I will assert my rights, because I have proof of the poor service, but a vacation is ruined if you have to deal with certain issues.

Disappointment

Very basic, you hear everything, as it does not work well internet you are sold, I called a phone and left message to help me, 3 days later I still wait that m returned the call. I wouldn't stay there again

Accommodation for 1-2 nights

The accommodation I would not call a hotel. First of all, if you do not have a mobile phone and a working internet connection, then this hotel is not suitable for you. All rooms as well as the entrance gate can only be locked and unlocked via an app, although our room always experienced slight problems here. Always very basic, TV available, also hairdryer, the sink placed on a stand, a lean-on while brushing your teeth in the morning is not advisable. Always clean, the pool looks better on the photo than it is. Since the accommodation is located in the departure route of Aiport Alghero, it gets relatively noisy on a regular basis, so if you have a light sleep this is not for you. The staff very friendly us helpful, very positively surprised we were from the breakfast, here nothing left to be desired. Parking available. Three star hotel, stay with it. For a stay of one or two nights ok. To Alghero by car about 10-15 minutes, depending on road traffic and time of day.

Surrounded by greenery with a large swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, tennis court and large green spaces to relax
