In the heart of Alghero, Lu Batil is a surprise for its comfort and hospitality.
Discovering Lu Batil in Alghero was a surprise with unexpected touches of friendliness and warmth: Gabriel is an attentive and helpful host, but above all, he possesses a special empathy that represents the added value of his business. His B&B in the heart of Alghero is a small refuge with well-kept, clean, and pleasant rooms, as if you were in a country house with soft colors and details designed so that wherever your gaze rests, it finds aesthetic coherence. Ours was the room at the top of the stairs, "La Pinjada," inspired by the theme of the pavoncella...
Breakfast is organized with the freedom for each guest to serve themselves and eat in their room; the blue door of the B&B is small but always open, just like the polite presence of Gabriel, whom you can turn to for any need or advice at any time. And then the charm of a house where cats are favorites (as our host told us about Pera and Arturo)... feline charm, I would say, with that certain something unconventional, independent, and magical, and also a bit of a good luck charm!

Located in the center ... but
Great location in the center. Clean room, although the Third party have only made the bed....
Very small and dark because of a half window that gives light.
Small bathroom not windowed (but we had been warned) shower with curtain and no rest inside the shower.
Sufficient breakfast... but nothing more
Very uncomfortable as our room was placed on the second floor with a fairly steep staircase and the cabinet with breakfast placed in the corridor of the first floor and was to be consumed in the room.
In the room a small shaped corner shelf where to lean and 2 very low metal stools so you get bad at the shelf to eat breakfast. Salty only sandwiches already stuffed.
Definitely the rooms in the breakfast corridor more comfortable and I state that I have not seen them but I think also more comfortable.
Overall for 1 night can go price not adequate to what offered.Kind host.

prima ancora di entrare nel merito della sua recensione, non possiamo fare a meno di notare come il suo storico di valutazioni sia caratterizzato quasi esclusivamente da giudizi negativi nei confronti delle strutture visitate. Riteniamo che questo sia un elemento utile affinché i lettori possano contestualizzare correttamente il peso e l’obiettività delle osservazioni riportate.
Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno, risulta piuttosto singolare leggere critiche riferite a caratteristiche che erano chiaramente indicate e visibili prima della prenotazione: dimensioni della camera, tipologia del bagno, presenza delle scale, modalità di erogazione della colazione e disposizione degli spazi comuni. Nulla di quanto descritto nella sua recensione rappresentava una sorpresa o un’informazione nascosta.
Apprezziamo invece che abbia riconosciuto la posizione centrale della struttura, la pulizia della camera e la cortesia dell’accoglienza, aspetti che evidentemente hanno trovato poco spazio all’interno di una recensione focalizzata quasi esclusivamente sulla ricerca di elementi da contestare.
Quanto al rapporto qualità-prezzo, lasciamo serenamente che siano i futuri ospiti a valutarlo attraverso le numerose recensioni positive ricevute e confrontandole con il contenuto della sua esperienza.

A lovely place, not surprisingly all tourists stop to take a picture of the narrow street, located in the heart of the old Alghero, close to all important landmarks Cleanliness elegance of the rooms and Gabriele polite nice helpful professional ....
