I stayed 3 nights in this place, I give 5 stars first of all for the friendliness and kindness of the owners, secondly for the excellent location as it is located in the center in a strategic position.
The room where I was staying is spacious with a private bathroom, everything is really clean... The furniture is minimal there is the bare minimum but it's fine so basically you have to sleep.
There is no air conditioning but it's not a problem as the humidity drops at night and you feel good, you sleep without problems.

Very well located.

A magnificent room. Clean and very well located. Very friendly treatment. Opposite there is a very good bar. 5 minutes from the sea and the promenade. Very quiet at night. When I return to Sardinia, I will return here.

Fantastico

In pieno centro con vista su una piazza molto carina, personale gentile e accogliente. Pulitissimo. La camera camera ampia e luminosa con un piccolo terrazzino alla francese. La portafinestra ha i doppi vetri e una volta chiusa non si sente nulla del rumore esterno. Il bagno era in comune ma non è stato assolutamente un problema per noi, era nuovissimo e sempre pulito.. consigliatissimo

Caro para lo que ofrece

Lo positivo de este alojamiento es que está situado en pleno centro de la ciudad, el procedimiento de cheking es sencillo.
Lo negativo es que, al estar en el centro es muy ruidoso y para dormir tienes que cerrar las ventanas y no hay aire acondicionado, el calor es abrasante y los ventiladores que ofrecen no son suficientes.
Además huele raro, las sábanas olían a rancio y no daba la impresión de limpio.
Encima el baño es compartido y si te pasa como a nosotras, que hemos coincidido con otro huésped muy sucio y que desprendía un olor fortísimo, pues se complica la cosa.
Es muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Ho soggiornato qui solo un giorno ma quando verrò ancora ci tornerò. Il costo è bassissimo, tutto super pulito, dentro la struttura è messa molto molto bene. Le stanze e il bagno sono molto carini e tenuti davvero come il prezzo non giustifica da solo perché davvero si paga poco. Poi il proprietario è stato anche molto ma molto gentile perché mi ha tenuto le valigie 3 giorni in più rispetto alla sola notte che ho passato lì. La camera ha tutto ciò che serve, c'è inoltre nello spazio comune un piccolo frigo, c'è la lavatrice, doccia grande. Insomma niente da dire. La stanza da sulla piazza, ed è bello vedere un po di vita dai, essere in centro è comodo... meno male che hanno messo degli ottimi infissi, di fatti quando chiudi la portafinestra non si sente più volare una mosca. Ottimo posto per pernottare, davvero.
