Weekend in nature

I really enjoyed staying in one of the ready-to-use tents at the campsite; it was clean with sheets and pillows, and I liked the location, as the campsite is totally immersed in the Sardinian Mediterranean scrub. The atmosphere is easy, you feel free to move around in total freedom. Suitable for those who want to be in nature and love simplicity. Bathrooms and showers always very clean! Claudio and Rosa were very helpful and welcoming I will be back!

Never again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! For the first time, I didn't trust the reviews, and I was wrong. A place that should be closed, not so much for the location, which is actually quite nice in itself, but for the value for money and, above all, the dishonesty. I fled in the middle of the night from the bungalow at this campsite because it was in pitiful condition: the floor in the room was dirty (already upon my arrival in the afternoon), there was no window but only a door with outdated screens, unbearable heat, and no air circulation. There was no bidet, a shower curtain that was not hygienic at all, and there wasn't even the kitchenette that was listed in the amenities on Booking. And, the icing on the cake, upon my return to the room after dinner, it was FULL OF GECKOS everywhere. Now, I understand that we are at a campsite, but if I booked a bungalow, it is because I want to be indoors. The owners' response to the issue was, "eh, but geckos exist in nature." Ma'am, I also have geckos in my home garden, but they don't come inside the house, especially not that many all at once.
When I decided to leave and not even spend one night in there, I wasn't even offered an alternative or a solution, and I even felt sorry. They let me leave just like that, as if they didn't care. I asked for a refund, even a partial one, since I hadn't slept there or used any services. I was told to contact them via email or WhatsApp the next day to speak with the owner, but nothing, not even the decency to reply, "I'm sorry, we cannot authorize the refund." Money comes back, dear sirs, but manners, those should always be maintained even in the most unpleasant situations, just as I did.

Unacceptable. Terrible

Frightening experience: unhygienic conditions, thefts, and a total lack of security.
I am not in the habit of writing reviews of this type, but what I experienced at this facility exceeds every limit of the acceptable. I thought I had booked a simple camping vacation; I found myself in a reality marked by intolerable sanitary deficiencies and completely non-existent management.
Hygiene and Services:
The bathrooms are in frightening condition. Floors perpetually flooded due to non-functioning drains, soapy water spilling directly onto the surrounding ground, and swarms of wasps attracted by the stagnation. The doors are dilapidated, rusty, and have ridiculous locks. The lack of separation between men and women led to very serious incidents: someone entered the shower while my girlfriend was washing herself naked. Mirrors, electrical outlets, toilet paper, and even toilet seats were missing. Not to mention the filth: one evening we found a used sanitary pad inside a sink.
Staff and Customer Service:
Staff completely inept, slow, and rude. The only charging point is at the reception, and that is where my charger was stolen on the first day. The same fate for a new body wash taken from on top of our small table outside the tent. Having reported the incident to the reception (which sells those same products), instead of accommodating the guest for a loss of not even 2 euros, I was answered rudely. Breakfast was meager to say the least.
Safety and Livability:
The pine forest is dilapidated, with dry branches at risk of falling onto the tents, which are packed one on top of the other. Quiet hours do not exist: music and screaming until 3 in the morning, and when I asked them to be quiet, I was treated poorly. Due to the total absence of trash cans, every night a large wild boar wandered undisturbed among the tents in search of garbage, with the staff being indifferent. To top it all off, there was a continuous suspicious coming and going from our neighbor's tent for definitely shady business, facilitated by the total absence of security checks.
It is disheartening to see how one can operate in this state of neglect. A nightmare stay, not recommended from any point of view.

The campsite is not bad for those looking for a somewhat spartan campground. But it was a terrible experience because some of the people who work there are just rude. I stayed in a tent for one night and upon my arrival, I received sexually suggestive comments from the character who was supposed to show me the pitch. Unfortunately, that is not all; while I was moving my car to get my luggage, I heard the character in question addressing my tent neighbors (3 middle-aged men) stating the exact words "Look, you have a young lady alone nearby, keep her in check and spank her". Unfortunately, the guard who was at the gate at night had a very similar attitude. I stayed only because it was late and I needed a place to stay, but it was a feeling of squalor mixed with a feeling of fragility and insecurity. We are sick and tired of these macho attitudes; if I go to a equipped place, it is to feel safe and certainly not as "a piece of meat"!

Camping immersed in nature; we stayed in a mobile home with the necessary essentials, great price near the sea in Alghero and the airport.
