Misleading Facade: Reality Falls Drastically Short of Advertised Image
The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations during our stay. Dust and debris were prevalent throughout, and approximately half of the facilities were non-operational. The corridors leading to guest rooms were cluttered with maintenance supplies, housekeeping materials, cardboard boxes, and construction equipment.
Throughout our stay, construction work continued in the hallways, swimming pool area, and in rooms adjacent to ours. We were constantly disturbed by drilling, hammering, and scraping noises. When our neighbors voiced similar concerns, they were reportedly told to leave the premises by the hotel director after raising these issues.
We feel both financially shortchanged and deprived of the quality experience we had anticipated. Thoroughly unsatisfactory. The actual condition resembles more of a neglected healthcare facility in an underdeveloped region, or a setting from a horror film. The promotional photographs used to market this establishment bear no resemblance to the actual property you'll encounter upon arrival.

Immense bed with or softest pillows ever tried.
Shuttle to reach the hotel on time and convenient.
Great advice.
We left a piece of heart, we will recommend it with the hope of returning sooner or later
