Gem of a property right in the heart of Ancona.
Lovely apartment in great central location on a pedestrianised street in Ancona. Wonderful for sightseeing, shopping and eating out. All 3 bedrooms are a decent size which is unusual as there’s usually a tiny box room! And the apartment has a great spacious lounge/dining area. The owners Frederico and Ilaria were really helpful and readily available via WhatsApp during our stay. It would just have been helpful on the advert if it had said you would receive the key safe info on the day of arrival ( for clarity). We look forward to staying again.

disappointing
I stayed two days then had to leave l early the
structure for important reasons I must say that the location is very central the bathroom is not 'equipped with bidet is not' served by elevator and to find on public land a parking stall and 'almost impossible everything' not mentioned falls within normal' ALBINI RENATO

la ringraziamo di aver aver condiviso la sua esperienza e ci dispiace non è stata di suo gradimento.
Siamo contenti che abbia apprezzato la nostra posizione e che bidet e parcheggio a parte non abbia riscontrato grandi mancanze.
Effettivamente non tutti i nostri bagni hanno il bidet ma hanno lo spruzzatore a lato del wc e per quanto riguarda il pacheggio non disponiamo di uno slot privato ma dei pass del comune che consentono di parcheggiare negli appositi spazi pagando una convenientissima tariffa giornaliera al posto della tariffa oraria. Non nascondiamo queste informazioni, sono facilmente reperibili sul nostro sito www.bbancona.com e su tutti i portali che utilizziamo per le prenotazioni.
Detto questo con rammarico mi sembra di constatare che la sua recensione non sia molto dovuta a grosse "mancanze della struttura" come ci aspetterebbe dato il punteggio che ci ha riservato, quanto alla sua richiesta di partire anticipatamente seppur per motivi personali importanti, pagando una sola notte sulle 4 prenotate. Tra l'altro la sua richiesta è stata avanzata al pomeriggio del secondo giorno. Ci sembrava di aver fatto il possibile addebitandole solo 2 notti e cercando di occupare le altre due, nonostante il pochissimo preavviso, ma evidentemente così non è stato. La telefonata intercorsa dopo il rifiuto della sua richiesta e questa recensione, oserei dire un po fuori luogo, ne sono una chiara dimostrazione.
Non ho potuto fare a meno di leggere le sue altre recensioni, un umilissimo consiglio, utilizzi TripAdvisor in maniera più attenta, non solo per "punire" chi non viene esattamente incontro alle sue esigenze ma ogni tanto anche lodando chi le offre un servizio ottimale. Sono sicuro che data la sua esperienze ne avrà trovate tante anche se dal suo profilo non ne appare ancora nessuna.
Detto ciò non mi resta che augurare ogni bene

Beautifully appointed, well conceived and maintained, NOT accessible, weak WiFi.hotel pricing for BnB
Overpriced and NOT for people with mobility issues. The elevator bypasses the floor; stops at every other floor and BNB was not on one of them.
WiFi does not consistently reach the bedrooms; it’s unreliable beyond the main room.
Rooms are scrupulously clean (housekeeping ladies are lovely) but very small. The unit is very attractively designed.
We had very specifically requested two beds but were only given one. When we called we were told someone would come over to set it up. Didn’t happen until the next day and we were blamed; it was our fault for failing to request although my booking confirmation clearly indicated two beds. I don’t blame them for not sending someone over immediately; it was pouring. But don’t blame the guest.
Breakfast is pre packaged biscuits and a prepackaged croissant that has likely been there since the beginning of time, also juice and yogurt. Everything beautifully presented. But only one espresso capsule per person and machine turns off at 11, at which point electric kettle and tea bags. But, well, bed and breakfast and lots of coffee bars nearby. Credit to Federico who provided us with two espresso capsules upon multiple requests.

But well thought out and designed, and centrally located, and a clever way to leave bags after 10 am checkout.
NOT GOOD VALUE. For less money we could have stayed at accessible and an even better located hotel with full WiFi, full breakfast, free parking, right on bus line. While posted price was listed much lower than the $125 per night we paid, additional mandatory fees were added after booking. These fees are usually included in the listed price. So be careful about that.

The reservation was made by an agency that told you that the room would have two beds and perhaps that it had an elevator. If you look at our site or the portals I mentioned above, all our rooms have double beds, no single beds. We added it after your request because we understood that someone had given you incorrect information. We did not blame you for this, we only assured you that we had not received a specific request for two beds, but we were happy to add it for free.
I also specify that the price paid of $125 is absolutely not the price we asked. The price you paid includes the cost of the agency or site you used. The cost for a double room varies between $87-$95. And you can see this on all the sites we use.
Thank you in any case, we will try to be more careful if the reservation comes from a site whose existence we do not know.

We are three friends, as well as schoolmates. We were in Ancona for a weekend and for three days we stayed in this fantastic B&B!

Eccelent stay!
It was a spontaneous trip to Ancona, and we didn't expect such a beautiful accomodation as we arrived. The appartement includes everything neccessary and more. You can really feel at home. The location could not be better, it is literally in the center of Ancona.
The communication with Federico was also very fast, clear and every question was answered and solved immediatly.
