Clean, new and quiet
Great welcome from the lady owner, new and cozy place, quiet and with wonderful views of the harbor and the Circeo in the distance.

An unpleasant experience
Let me start by saying that I didn't want to write this review because the place would also be nice. BUT.. the owner was particularly dishonest.
We booked via the site instead of Booking, at his suggestion/request (saying that we would save on the stay)(I admit, we were naive!); in the reservation I specify that we will be 2 adults and 2 children under 2 years old and I do not need any extras (cots, cots). I get an offer of €110 plus €5 tourist tax. I accept. I arrive at the facility and the lady shows me a camping cot (not required) that is open but still needs to be assembled in the room (€20 extra). I let her know that I brought my own, so I don't need it! He replies that he has now taken it out, he will give me a €10 discount but I have to keep it. In the rush, with my husband waiting downstairs with two crying little girls, I paid. Stupid me! and I pay €125 in total (110+5+10 for a cot). I go to assemble it and I discover that it cannot be assembled because it is broken, so we use ours and ask to have the €10 refunded. Now he replies that the additional €10 paid was for the larger room (which we did not request), even though the receipt clearly stated that it was for the camping cot. After numerous messages where the lady made the most disparate excuses (including the fact that she had allowed us to check in early, the fact that we had 2 little girls and finally that the €10 paid for the water for the showers of the girls) we didn't get our €10 back. For some, dignity is worth €10! Poor people!
Sin! The most annoying thing is being made fun of, not the 10 euros of course.
I recommend always booking on Booking to be protected
