High-quality and relaxing property
The "La Colombaia" relais is a high-quality property, refined and well-cared for in every detail. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable, fragrant, and very clean. The breakfast room is a bit small, and unfortunately, it can happen that the rudeness of some guests makes the stay in the delightful pool less relaxing. This is a place of tranquility and relaxation: it would be better if exuberant children and teenagers (and their parents in tow) found accommodation elsewhere (there are different types of facilities suitable for tolerating diving and water games).

Tranquility, beauty, and hospitality.
We had a truly pleasant stay at Relais La Colombaia. The structure is splendid, attended to in every detail, and finished with high-quality materials and features, which give it an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere.
A special thanks goes to all the staff, who are always extremely kind, available, and attentive to the needs of the guests, qualities that made the experience truly above average.
The pool is also very beautiful, perfect for relaxing on the hottest days and enhanced by the excellent restaurant service by the pool, which is truly convenient and appreciated.
A place we recommend to those seeking relaxation, beauty, and authentic hospitality in the Marche region. We hope to return soon!

A nice stay.
Positive aspects.
Excellent location to reach both the sea and the many places to visit nearby.
Structure well maintained and very well maintained, with fine finishes both inside the premises and in the outdoor areas.
Proposal quite varied as for breakfast, both for the sweet and savory part.
Daily cleaning also carried out for the apartments (very much appreciated).
Strong point certainly the great courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff, starting from the manager Ilenia and the sweet Benedetta.
Improveable aspects.
The apartments lack some details that would certainly make them more functional, such as the addition of a microwave (I would say indispensable), a small drainer and cutlery and maybe a couple of tea towels.
The breakfast room is quite small, especially in relation to the possible full capacity of the structure (I do not remember if 20 or 26 between rooms and apartments). Since there is also an outdoor area where you can have breakfast, I would equip a buffet there too, so as to avoid having to go back and forth, moreover having to climb a challenging step (the staff is available to bring what is chosen from the buffet, but it is still not very functional).
Even the pool area, especially if related to the possible total capacity of the structure, is not large enough (even adding sunbeds there would not be enough space), not to mention that in the presence of children and / or guests poorly behaved, there is no tranquility.
This, unfortunately, was the sore point of the stay, as the children were really many and consequently, except for one morning, it was impossible to really relax in the pool.
For this reason, I would suggest considering, in periods of great influx, to allow families with children access to the adjacent structure, which has a much larger pool.
From the site of the structure I have not detected the indication of the number of rooms / apartments (maybe it is my oversight), otherwise I would undoubtedly have considered this aspect (in structures of this type personally I try to relax).
I hope these ideas are taken as an opportunity for further improvement, because the place certainly deserves!
