Experience to forget

Saturday I attended a wedding at this property that perhaps should be renamed with Beginners Park. Let's start with the service that to call embarrassing is a compliment. Inexperienced waiters, little attention, quantity reduced to the minimum terms and does not suit the components of the tables. A portion for a table to be clear. The raw had an unreassuring smell, not fresh and the dairy products as well as the cold cuts seem to come from a low-end supermarket. The air conditioning? Not received. The structure, starting from the bathrooms stopped to the flourishing 90s, as well as the dessert buffet. The staff seemed to be mostly beginners who did not know the basic rules, how to add cutlery to each course. You don't expect a lunch like that as a wedding menu. Sorry to say but there is better, here lacks the substance and care that such an event deserves.

Total disappointment during a wedding: service and quality to forget

We attended a wedding on Saturday at this property, and unfortunately the experience fell short of any expectations. The service was poor: inexperienced waiters, often disoriented, and completely unaware of the basics of hospitality – such as simply changing cutlery between courses.
The cutlery was often missing, the raw smelled anything but fresh, and the dairy products, although declared “typical”, were devoid of taste (an unacceptable detail especially considering that we are in Puglia, a land known for its dairy excellence).
The dishes arrived on a single tray for tables of six or even eight people: small quantities and questionable quality, quantity does not mean quality of course, but seeing a raw ham tending to black makes me deduce a lack of attention to detail ; let alone for a special occasion. I dare not imagine that for such a lunch the costs are around 120/130 euros, unacceptable. The debatable dessert buffet at the level of the , and the structure, which remained stationary in the 1990s, showed obvious signs of neglect, with parts of the wall visibly ruined.
On a late June day in Foggia, air conditioning was absent or not working: a very serious lack for the comfort of guests. The overall impression was that of a staff in full training stage, improvised and completely unprepared to handle such an important event.
Too bad, because the wedding deserved a frame to live up to.
Not recommended, especially for special events.

Nightmarish wedding

Just returned from a wedding.Location not cured.Unprofessional waitstaff,incompetent and rude.Director of room unjustified absentee,seen at the beginning and at the end.It seemed all improvised.Not recommended.First and last time

Nice park but not for principle

We stayed for one night in this hotel, close enough to the center of Foggia. The exterior of the Dell hotel is very nice and very well maintained: perfect lawns, clean driveways. Very nice. The room is clean, spacious but old furniture and a bit worn. The bathroom of our room was old, with a water heater and a drain with rust and mold. Breakfast very meager, tables not set. The value for money I can not comment because it is the first time we stay in Foggia. I do not recommend it.
