Kindness

Although I could not stay at this property, I feel obliged to leave a review for the kindness and empathy shown by the lady who runs it.
I had booked for the night of 30/08 with the intention of hiking near Passo Gardena. Unfortunately, due to a sprained ankle, I had to cancel the long-awaited stay, contracting the structure twice: the first, four days before arrival, to explain the situation; the second, two days before, to officially cancel.
The lady was immediately sympathetic and sorry, proving available to find a solution. Despite the reservation was with NON-refundable cancellation, he decided to refund the full amount, canceling the penalty.
At a time when kindness is by no means obvious, this gesture struck me deeply. Thank you again and hope to stay with you in the future

Super courtesy and super Garni'

The owner Giliola was very kind in 'offering us the garage since we had MTB, also the courtesy of all the other people on staff and the quality of what was offered convinced us to recommend to all this Garni! A few meters from the center of Arabba a corner of paradise overlooking the surrounding mountains!

Great value Arabba hotel or B&B for a Dolomites Ski Trip

We stayed for two weeks in late January and early February this year with my wife and five adult children. We stayed in three rooms. Giliola was a great host and was always very helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, had very good beds and great heating. Breakfast was a highlight each morning with good coffee, good cereals, nice fruits and yoghurt. The pastry's were especially delicious. It was only a five minute walk to the Burz chairlift and the included heated lockers for our ski gear were really useful. There is a nice view over Arabba. Garni Astor was excellent value compared to other similar hotels in Arabba.

Garni with above average quality

We stayed in this garni spending 8 days wonderful service and cleanliness that I rarely found in a garni. Gigliola always present and Service attentive to small details, with parking and proximity to the departures of the plants perfect exposure. Quality breakfast.

Amazing stay for our group visiting Arabba

From the moment I contacted Giliola to book our stay in Arabba for our 4 families you get a good feeling. Giliola’s communication was first class very informative which allowed us to plan everything additional to our accommodation to make our visit perfect.
The accommodation and facilities were first class, rooms spotlessly clean and very spacious for everyone, the ski lockers down by the ski lift were a godsend.
The best two bits out of all the best bits was Giliola and the other ladies service and attention given to the kids. The breakfast was amazing too loads of different choices, with soft boiled eggs the absolute best way to start the day.
Wanted to keep this a secret but we’ll definitely be back next year.
