Wonderful.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are spacious and well cleaned. The staff is very friendly and helpful to provide any useful information to enjoy your stay.
The breakfast is really tasty and full of alternatives: we particularly enjoyed it.
The hotel is in the center and nearby there is also free parking.
Highly recommended!

Reception makes the difference

I have been several times, at different times of the year, on this hotel and I renew the opinion that the reception is impeccable: it stands out for professionalism, ability to listen to customers and empathetic attitude. The breakfast is overall positive, with a good margin for improvement, I really appreciated the kindness and the manner of relating courteous and respectful of a waitress (the young and brunette), it is only her friendliness and professionalism to make a real difference in the quality and intelligent management of the service.
The furnishings are modern and attention to detail, the cleanliness of the common areas, the lobby and the room is excellent. The location, a stone's throw from the historic center, is strategic.

Super comfortable bed from 5 star s. Bed.extra large com a great topper and comfortable pillows. Very spacious rooms and beautiful bathroom

Stay in Arco

My partner and I stayed for one night at this hotel, which is right in the center of Arco and we really enjoyed it. New environment, as recently renovated, well maintained and attentive to detail. Our room, for two adults, was very cozy, simple but well cared for, clean and with everything you need, from the hairdryer (not the wall ones but a real hairdryer) to courtesy products complete with everything from bubble bath to body cream. The bed was comfortable, with a choice of pillow. In the room there was also a minibar stocked just right and a very capacious closet. The breakfast, not only buffet style but also with the possibility to choose something à la carte, was rich in products, and there was a lot of choice between everything offered. We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed it, and it will definitely remain among My Saves in case we return to those areas. The only "flaw" is the lack of parking, but given the location, it was inevitable. In any case you can find parking in the free zones of the country or pay a separate parking.

Like feeling at home

Welcoming, modern, simple and familiar...a simple way to feel at home. Everyone is very kind and friendly. The locations are welcoming and comfortable, nothing is missing. I recommend it for the environment and above all for the location!
