Room too small and air conditioning not working
At the time of booking, we had reported the presence of the baby, so we expected to be assigned a slightly more spacious room or to be offered an alternative, even with a possible supplement.
Unfortunately, once we arrived, we found a very small room and even the double bed was small in size.
The most negative aspect, however, was the heat: during the night the air conditioning did not work and we practically slept very little, because the room was truly stifling.
I am giving three stars especially for the receptionist, who was always very kind, helpful, and friendly.

Ci dispiace, invece, che alcuni aspetti non abbiano soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Desideriamo precisare che tutte le camere della medesima tipologia hanno dimensioni analoghe e che la presenza della bambina era stata regolarmente registrata; purtroppo non disponiamo di camere più spaziose da assegnare come alternativa.
Per quanto riguarda l'aria condizionata, ci rammarica leggere la sua segnalazione solo ora. Se il problema ci fosse stato comunicato durante il soggiorno, il nostro staff avrebbe immediatamente verificato il corretto funzionamento e le impostazioni del climatizzatore e, qualora fosse stato necessario, le avrebbe proposto senza esitazione un cambio camera. Il nostro obiettivo è sempre quello di risolvere eventuali inconvenienti nell'immediato, affinché non incidano sulla qualità del soggiorno.
Ci auguriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente in futuro e offrirle un'esperienza pienamente all'altezza delle sue aspettative.
