We stayed 3 nights at this hotel to attend a conference, family hotel, clean, and the girls at the reception very nice, kind, friendly, you can not easily find such people, they were available in every way! We had a great time!

For a weekend is more than fine ..
Headed to Arezzo to visit the (unfortunately) disappointing Christmas markets, we stayed at this hotel. The structure is a bit dated, but dignified, clean and functional: during the stay we did not miss anything.
The staff is friendly, the rooms tidy and the environment quiet. Breakfast was also good, with a varied choice and no unnecessary waste.
A special thanks goes to the staff who allowed us to extend the use of a room to keep our bags, as our train back was at 18:00. With a child in tow it would have been really complicated to drag luggage around the city, and this courtesy was much appreciated.
The bus stop is 50 mm from the property.

Weekend in Arezzo
Hotel in a non-central position with respect to the center of Arezzo, however easily accessible with a 10-15 minute walk.
Nearby there are bars, pizzerias, tigotà, supermarket and more.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Rooms very simple and style not modern, functional bathrooms some with bidet others instead without.
Breakfast with sweet and savory: croissants, jam, rusks, yogurt, cereals, fruit and then you need to make toast, juices and hot drinks Service.
Arezzo is a city worth visiting, so for a weekend the hotel is suitable.
Nearby there are bars, pizzerias, tigotà, supermarket and more.

Night in White
Friendly and helpful staff but it was impossible to sleep on a mattress (already low of its own) but now old and almost nonexistent. The rooms are dated and the bedspread was plain and dirty. Convenient location just outside Arezzo.

Per me tutto perfetto. Hotel pulito, personale gentilissimo, soprattutto Annika (spero si scriva così) disponibilissima a risolvere qualsiasi problema e gentilissima sia con mia figlia di 8 anni che con i genitori anziani.
È vero che non c'è tanto posto per la colazione, ma non ho mai trovato disagio. Colazione poco ma c'è tutto. Quindi niente spreco che mi sembra la cosa più giusta.
La stanza, una tripla, grande e ben climatizzata. Bagno grande, un po' datato, ma funzionante in tutto.
L'unica pecca la moquette in camera, ma nonostante questo mio marito allergico non ha avuto problemi, quindi significa che era pulitissima. Letto con materasso rigido, per me comodo.
