100 % relax
Great location on a hill next to the public park, just 15 min on foot to the city centre. Antique atmosphere in the flats, very tastefully furnished. The apartments have a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Some of them also have a private garden. There is a swimming pool among the vineyards with a great view over the surroundings. Very clean, calm and peaceful. The staff and the owner are extremely friendly and make everything possible to accommodate every wish of yours. If you want, you can have dinner served in your flat. The breakfast is also great, with some freshly made pancakes and cakes, fresh fruit, and sweet and salty treats. Absolutely a great value for your money and I can't wait to come back!

A place that touches the heart and senses
From the first friendly mail contact to the warm farewell, our stay at La Striscia Wine Resort was simply exceptional.
Already on arrival we were welcomed by Tomaso, the young and charming winery owner, so warmly that we immediately felt welcome. The original plan was three nights – but the enthusiasm was so great that we spontaneously extended another night.
The restaurant is currently closed and was only open for a private party that evening. Nevertheless, Tomaso quickly turned our room into a small, exclusive restaurant and prepared us a wonderful private dining with Tuscan delicacies. A gesture we have never experienced before – personal, generous and full of warmth.
Also breakfast was served by a very friendly lady right in our room. For us – travelling with two dogs – this was pure luxury and a real treat.
After two weeks of touring Italy, this was in fact the first room that not only met but surpassed the images of the site. We stayed in Suite Alexandra, which is designed with incredible attention to detail – a tasteful mix of antiques and modern touches. Nothing “off the shelf”, all with soul and personality.
The absolute highlight was the free-standing bathtub, which was simply magnificent in the current cool temperatures. And especially pleasant: The suite was comfortably warm, as a “real” heating system exists here – in February in Italy by no means a given.
We were also particularly impressed by how much time Tomaso took to make personal recommendations: authentic restaurants in the region, helpful parking tips and even a private wine tasting in the evening. The wines are excellent – strong in character, elegant and with lots of expression.
We would love to know more rooms on our next visit, because each seems to have its own character. We can recommend this accommodation – especially in February – without restriction. And we will definitely come back to enjoy the wonderful ambience in warmer temperatures even outdoors.

A delightful place for your holidays in Arezzo!
It is a nice place on the outskirts of Arezzo! Wonderful natural setting, original design of the apartments, attentive and friendly staff and a nice dinner at the restaurant! My advice is to choose the best of their wines - 100% Sangiovese! My friends and I were very pleased and will definitely come back more!

nice experience
place surrounded by nature. Next to it there is a road connected to a cai path that winds through an olive grove. The suite chosen was comfortable and heated. The environment is warm and welcoming. Gregorio who welcomed us was very kind and nice. The only downside is that it would need a little maintenance but I liked anceh so, it is not an impersonal room, far from it. The restaurant then was much appreciated and Massimiliano despite his young age is also very good at making you feel comfortable. The center of Arezzo is easily reached on foot
