Vacanza in tranquillità

Posto splendido, tranquillissimo. Casa tenuta molto bene e attrezzata per ogni esigenza. Comoda posizione per gite in giornata. Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni splendidi. Comoda ai servizi di Arsiè ma comunque abbastanza isolata per godere dell’assoluta tranquillità.

Nice place but sleepless night

With the most constructive approach, I say EUR 120 is too much. Without breakfast, without even putting a kettle that costs 20 euros but that allows the tourist to have a cup of coffee and go out in the morning for a walk (and forces him rather to get in the car and leave); the empty soap dispenser; the TV that does not go; all this in my opinion denotes that poor ability to take care of the guest that often afflicts (alas) the tourist entrepreneur of "my" beloved Venetian mountain, especially in those places that would most need to revive, as others have understood for years (in South Tyrol, for example, where all this would be absolute blasphemy). Far worse, no doubt, was the fact of not sleeping a wink, because in the room there was not even the bed (!) but only an open sofa bed, with the classic mattress of a few cm and the usual creaky bed base. But why do this crap? What's the point? Making hospitality seems easy, but you need (I repeat) a culture of hospitality, it is not enough to build beautiful structures, furnish them in style, and sell them. Sell, sell everything. But the challenge is not to sell the first time, but the second. That's too bad.

Promosso a pieni voti!!!

Ci siamo appoggiati in questo chalet a pochi kilometri da Feltre, in occasione della Sport full di domenica 16 Giugno. Siamo stati molto bene. Chalet bello, liberamente gestibile con il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile in tutto. Posto bellissimo, molto tranquillo. Ci è poi stato consigliato un agriturismo molto vicino: il Roccolo. Che dire. Cibo ottimo, cortesia di più . Un sacco di complimenti a tutti . Consigliatissimo. Grazie di tutto. Barbara Daniel Giada
