A perfect vacation

This is the third year that my wife and I come here to Ascea, and the Hotel Venere has always been our home. And I say home precisely because here you feel at home. The hotel is nice and clean, and this year there is also a pool and a restaurant where you eat 'like at home.' And at my home, the food is excellent. The people are kind, and in particular, I want to remember Sabatino, who is the best hotel porter there is.
In short, I gave it five stars because it is a five-star hotel.
I am now about to leave. But in a year, I will definitely be back.

Experience to be avoided!

Because you cannot give a 0 and it would still be too much! Change of management, transition from a family-run 3-star to a 4-star where they even make you pay for the air and without any competence! Restoration work still in progress, disregarding elderly vacationers or newborns, whoever they may be, made to cry during daytime hours. Shameful!

Relativamente ai rumori ci siamo scusati di persona, ma purtroppo abbiamo dovuto realizzare dei lavori di straordinaria manutenzione che si rendevano assolutamente necessari per il prosiegio della stagione.
Se è considerata incompetenza aver gentilmente offerto tutti i pasti alla sua splendida bambina e far pagare l’aria si intende far pagare la culla ed il parcheggio, così come previsto dalle condizioni di vendite sottoposte all’agenzia da cui ha comprato il pacchetto, ce ne scusiamo comunque.

Already we want to go back!

We found this Hotel a few meters from the quiet beach of Ascea and a few steps from the historic center, it seemed immediately welcoming and with very polite staff and so it was! The room with new finishes from the bathroom to the bedroom, comfortable bed, serious and arranged services! I really recommend! We'll go again!

HOW BEAUTIFUL!

Recently renovated hotel, in the center of Ascea Marina, with parking for guests; large and comfortable rooms, very comfortable beds, large bathroom with an excellent level of cleanliness.
Buffet breakfast, with a wide choice of sweet and savory.
Of note is the courtesy and sympathy of both the Waiting and Reception Staff.
I recommend it for those like us who have looked for an optimal starting point to discover the beauty of Cilento... and for those who want to enjoy the more than 3 km of beach in Ascea Marina.

Hotel Venere is right on the main street in town. The Pizza/Sub place across the street was a great choice.
We had a double room w/sleep sofa. (Very comfortable) for 5 adults. This was one of the only rentals that would take a couple of days instead of Saturday to Saturday. The young man behind the desk was very helpful and spoke English.
We will definitely stay there again.
