Very good!
Very spacious rooms, good bedding, parking included, spa access (steam room, sauna, hot showers, cold bucket, relaxation area), pool until 11 p.m. with unlimited tea and water, lounge chairs available, and towels provided in the room for the pool and spa. Small gym with weights, mats, and a bike; it works in a pinch! It just lacks air conditioning in the room.
The breakfast is all-you-can-eat, varied, and very good! But likewise, it lacks air conditioning in the breakfast room.
We are 20 minutes away by car (underground parking right at the entrance to the center) or by bus from the historic center of Siena. At the front desk, the ladies spoke French; they were really very kind and very welcoming, bravo.

Precise House Siena: The Odyssey between phantom parking lots, trap beds, and thermal illusions
Rating: 6 (earned entirely on the field thanks to a patience worthy of Saint Catherine).
If you are looking for a stay that tests your mettle, your flexibility, and above all your sense of humor, the Precise House Siena is the perfect film set for your next comedy of errors.
Everything started even before crossing the threshold: the hunt for the non-existent parking lot welcomed us warmly, turning the check-in into a healthy urban trekking session with luggage on our shoulders. Once inside, we enjoyed our brand-new Superior room. High expectations? Perhaps too high. The only thing "superior" in here was our marked ability to adapt: the room was so microscopic that passing by the bed required the gymnastic skills of a Cirque du Soleil contortionist. Regarding the bed, the touch of class was finding ourselves faced with two single beds brutally joined together, ready to separate at every slight nocturnal movement to suck you into the central abyss. To round out this bucolic picture, a layer of dust from archaeological excavations and walls that looked like survivors of a small earthquake, in urgent need of a refresh.
Determined to relax, we ventured into the wellness area, which turned out to be a real extreme climate playground. First stop: the pool. On the official website, it was pompously touted as "heated," but evidently the hotel's thermometer had a very personal concept of heat: the water was so freezing that even South Pole penguins would have demanded a wetsuit and a cup of hot tea. Second stop: the spa area, where the atmosphere suddenly became scorching. A heat so tropical and stifling that it made us feel like we were inside a Finnish sauna turned on by surprise, forcing us into a strategic escape after a few seconds to avoid spontaneous combustion.
To mitigate everything – or perhaps to complete the picture – the staff took care of that: cold, rude, and strictly allergic to smiles. A welcome that makes you feel right at home... if your home were a military barracks.
Last but not least, the highlight of the day: lunch. The waiter, with the grace and enthusiasm of a tax office clerk, brought us our plates while completely forgetting the drinks. When we kindly asked for them, the stroke of genius: the drinks arrived, but the glasses were counted for only one of the two of us! A beautiful relay race of thirst, with yours truly watching the other sip their drink while meditating on the forced sharing of basic necessities.
In short, it barely scrapes by with a passing grade, just because laughing about it was the only option left. If you are looking for strong emotions and want to test your limits of endurance, you know who to call!

Reception staff very kind and professional, room very clean and comfortable, pool and spa area very well-kept and clean. Restaurant with delicious dishes at a great price, dining room staff very kind. Abundant and varied breakfast.

not four stars worthy !
I've never experienced anything like this, a four-star hotel where you can't drink anything in the bar due to a lack of staff. Furthermore, some facilities are not working, also a.o. due to a lack of staff.
