An apartment in a central, but quiet, area of Ascoli Piceno

August 2024
I stayed in this apartment for 1 night, in early August 2024, together with my family.
It is in a very central location in Ascoli Piceno, in a very quiet and characteristic area of the city, with access from a small street overlooked by stone houses and pots with plants and flowers. Just a stone's throw away and you reach the main attractions of the cities. Very comfortable.
The apartment has two bedrooms; the living area is large, although not very bright, and equipped with everything you need.
The owner was very kind and helpful; she greeted us on our arrival and provided us with everything we needed for breakfast including a delicious pastry tart that we brought with us, on our journey to the south.
I highly Recommendation this property. The quality / price ratio is great.

Nascosto tra i tetti

L'appartamento è all'interno di un palazzo in pieno centro ad Ascoli, a due passi da Piazza del Popolo. Tutti i confort di cui é dotato: aria condizionata, televisione, acqua...e l'affascinante sui tetti di Ascoli Piceno. Ottimamente pulito e tenuto, proprietario è stato molto gentile, ospitale e disponibile, qualità determinanti per chi è abituato a viaggiare e a postarsi in orari poco standard. Unico "difetto, La stanza è all'interno di un palazzo in pieno centro ad Ascoli, quindi comodissimo! È dotato di aria condizionata, televisione, il posto è pulito e ben tenuto. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ospitale. Unica "pecca" del mio soggiorno: la colazione, che nn poteva essere servita, causa lavori in corso (motivo comunque comprensibilissimo). Molto positivo!

Posto carino

La stanza è all'interno di un palazzo in pieno centro ad Ascoli, quindi comodissimo! È dotato di aria condizionata, televisione, il posto è pulito e ben tenuto. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ospitale. Unico difetto, che quando siamo andati noi non poteva darci la colazione.
