....Saint Paul and of course Saint Francis

...there are places where your expectations perfectly kiss reality and this only makes you enjoy your holiday more. A stone's throw from the Saint and a stone's throw from the center in this accommodation I could not find better: spacious and bright room, surrounded by greenery and a garden where you can also sunbathe. The availability and kindness make the owner Paul a saint!

A beautiful experience

Welcome and courtesy at the top with valuable information to better experience what the always beautiful Assisi offers.
Very central location, close to the Piazza del Comune and then also to the new church and the sanctuary of stripping.

A corner of wonder in the heart of Assisi

From the first moment we were greeted with a deep sense of welcome, which made the arrival special. The owner is a person of rare empathy, always available and ready to offer valuable advice, with whom it was a real pleasure to entertain in amiable and authentic conversations.
The rooms are spotless, quiet, lovingly cared for by a beautiful woman, attentive to every detail and equipped with every comfort. We found ourselves so comfortable that we decided to extend the stay by one night.
During our fourth night we were lucky enough to stay in one of the new, beautiful and spacious rooms, just restored to perfection by local artisans, with great attention to the enhancement of the historic building of the seventeenth century. A further added value is the splendid terrace, which gave us a magical evening: the full moon and the stars accompanied our moments in a dreamy atmosphere, which we will hardly forget.
Another great plus is the location: the Mojano car park is very convenient and allows you to easily reach the structure thanks to the escalators.
A stay that exceeded all expectations, between care, beauty and authenticity. Highly recommended for those who want to experience Assisi in a welcoming, sincere and poetic atmosphere.
We will definitely be back!

It is certainly a structure to recommend and to return to.

Very central location, tranquility, maximum availability, courtesy and excellent suggestions received from the owner which made the short stay very pleasant and profitable given the little time available.
Spacious, clean room with nice shower.
Wifi service and fridge in the room.
Very beautiful panorama.
Parking about 600 m away, well connected and reachable on foot.

Very nice renovated room, and very clean, in the middle of Assisi, highly recommended

Very nice room, with a view of the valley. The cleanliness is immaculate,
clean with a very good bed and the freshest linen.
HELP TO FIND THE ACCOMMODATION!
If you are standing on the Piazza del Comune, with the high city tower behind you, walk towards the basilica (on the left side of the square). At the end of the square there is an alley to the left (you will see "Restaurant UMBRA"). Walk down this alley for about 50 meters, then turn right and after about 20-30 m there is a door on the left with the number 11 and you have reached your destination.
